Ramada feels like a hotel specially designed for large groups. We stayed for three days and there have been large groups holding activities here, and there are very few FITs like us. Because the Ramada was originally booked to see the Big Buddha, the location here is not good, it is farther to Gaozhuang and various attractions, the swimming pool is very small, and the yard is relatively small. But it's too late to change the hotel temporarily and only stay. The quilt was damp, the next day we felt the room was very hot and called the front desk to check only to be told that the air conditioning panel in the room was installed upside down. . . The switch is reversed, no wonder it feels hot when it is turned on to the lowest temperature, and the quilt is still very damp. After staying for two days, I found out that the air conditioner has not been turned on, and the front desk did not inform in advance. The welcome fruit is sent every day, but the quality is not very good, all kinds of bad fruit. In short, staying here has brought a lot of regrets to the journey. I feel that the gap with the five-star hotel is still quite large. The details are always not in place, and the management level needs to be improved.

When I came to Banna, I chose a similar hotel. The environment is very good. You can see the Buddha at the opposite scenic spot by opening the window. In the morning, there will be Sanskrit and welcome fruits (although not expensive). The disadvantage is that the equipment in the gym is neglected in maintenance and management, many of which are broken, and the transactions are usually managed. There is also a swimming pool. The hotel itself has a swimming pool, but there is no obvious sign. There is no umbrella in the room, and the borrowing in the lobby is like a deposit from the guest. The experience is not good in an instant. I hope it can be improved.

I took my family to Xishuangbanna to travel, compared several hotels online, and finally chose Ramada. The hotel environment is very good and the service is friendly.
