I stayed in this hotel for six days and can only report positive things. The food is of high quality, *** also gets international food, the service is very courteous and I felt very comfortable. The rooms are clean and nice. The hotel has a bar that sometimes plays live music and where *** also gets alcoholic drinks. The bar is therefore also visited by tourists who are staying in other hotels because the bar has a very special atmosphere. In India, the quality differences between hotels are quite high, but here *** can't go wrong and so I recommend it without reservation.

The T24 Retro Hotel is conveniently situated near the domestic airport. It is approximately a 15 - to 20-minute drive to Inorbit Mall and other shopping centers. As the name suggests, the hotel is a long-standing establishment that is well maintained. The reception staff are very friendly and ready to help in every situation. The accommodations provide ample space for two individuals, and the bathroom is suitably sized. The rooms are diligently cleaned on a daily basis. The buffet offerings at the hotel are quite good. The breakfast buffet presents a diverse array of options, and their coffee creations are truly exceptional. Moreover, I must commend their pizza, which surpasses the offerings of other establishments. I would only giv3 them one advice, and that is to change their uniforms.

They charged us twice for the same thing, then when I requested one removed by my bank they charged it again. Unreal. OK if it was accident, they told me to tap card machine a second time as it did not make first charge. But THEN when I brought the double-charge up, they did not allow bank to refund but pushed the double-charge. Terrible.

T24 is amongst my best hotel stays. Immaculately maintained. Check in was seamless taken by Ms Bhalerao. Took less than 5 minutes to check in. Very polite, experienced staff, with high level of commitment. Excellent turn around time of a few minutes for responding to room service requests. My room was spacious Lovely spread for Breakfast with a large variety of salads, dressings, cut fruits, that I enjoyed immensely. Ms Bhalerao was always available in the reception to fulfill the requests, thanks to her and her team, and thank you very much for making my stay a memorable one. I will not stay in any hotel in Mumbai other than T24, whenever i visit to Mumbai. You have earned a life long loyal guest in me, and look forward to staying in your hotel again.

Great stay, comfortable and strategically close to the airport. Good breakfast and food availability at the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot especially to Sayali and Arvind for their help!!
