房間隔音不好，晚上一直有聲音，整個房間很冷，而且潮，房間旁邊就是電梯，在屋裡都能聽見，空調也噪音很大，晚上根本睡不好，早上五六點的時候，就一直外面乒乒乓乓的聲音，明明其他樓層有房間，還説沒有，然後給整了一個很陰的房間

床上用品有體味，已要求更換。衞生間有小蟲子在地上爬。空調處缺遮擋。牙膏沒有配置，已要求補缺。

我們戰友聚會住此店，十人三晚，很滿意，我離店後，忘了一條運動褲，服務員發現後聯繫本人併發了快遞，點贊。
