位置比較偏，打車出租車司機都不認識，沒有樂湯滙有名。屋內智能設備小度好用，門外智能設備刷臉解鎖不好用。衞生處理不乾淨，床上有好幾根碎頭髮。

前台服務態度極度惡劣，酒店也存在安全隱患 昨天下午三點多進電梯 電梯到十二樓門突然開了 一個縫隙 電梯也卡住了不動 按了電梯呼救按鈕也沒人搭理 店家如果不信可以去看電梯監控 為了生命着想建議大家不要選擇這家酒店
房間衞生也打掃的非常不乾淨 淋雨間還有上一個入住客人抽的煙頭 去跟前台反應 還沒有人搭理 對我們翻白眼 大家如果選擇這家酒店請三思

很棒的一次入住體驗！房間環境好，衞生也是優秀的！有可愛的智能小度，房間隔音效果好、可以安靜入睡、位置很好，離萬達廣場很近，還有免費的停車位！前台小姐姐也很熱情！

房間不大，設施有點陳舊，住高層，水壓不夠，沖水聲音很大，水質還有味道。衞生條件一般，床單被罩都太舊了，看着臟兮兮的，天氣熱，空調還不能使用。免費停車場挺大，停車方便。

衞生十分不乾淨，房間好像很久沒人住了，打開水龍頭黃黃的水，馬桶也是黃的。
入住的第二天早上突然停電，沒有任何提醒，沒有任何説明，沒有一句道歉。
很差的體驗，下次不會去了
