You have to be really careful with your choice of where to sleep, it can ruin the entire experience. In this "hotel" you will not sleep and have many unpleasant surprises on the way. At the end they even had the courage and decided to charge for "cleaning", which is a joke as the room was not clean at first, both showers were completely clogged, impossible to take a shower! I understand the summer season and the heatwave but this is no excuse for what it was: boiling hot with hot floors, hot walls, hot beds, hot pillows, hot towels etc, the house probably have a heating problem because it was not something normal as outside was fresh and nice and even with the windows wide open the whole night it was impossible to sleep both nights. Maybe our room was up a heating system or an oven or something I don't know. No human should ever have to sleep in that condition. Never bring children there, it's not a place for a family. They didn't respect my breakfast choices, and brought and charged whatever they wanted. The same for other "taxes". Too much, charged even for kids, that no other place in Europe did. So be careful. Looks good in pictures but it's not even close to reality. And last but not least .. The guy in charge is very rude, never present, and doesn't want to do a single thing, be very careful.

Nous avons passé 18 heures dans cet Hôtel sans voir le moindre personnel. À l'arrivée dans la chambre, il n'y a pas de chauffage, pas de couverture ni de couette. Dans l'entrée et dans l'escalier pas de lumière, pas d'interrupteur... Après avoir contacté le numéro "D'urgence" la propriétaire nous assure que ce n'est pas un problème et que bien qu'elle ne réside pas sur Aiguines, le nécessaire va être fait, nous ne la verrons jamais. C'est le gardien de nuit, prestataire qui fait sa tournée, qui va venir brancher le chauffage quatre heures plus tard. C'est ce même gardien de nuit qui nous ordonne d'aller dans nos chambres à 21h20 car il doit couper les lumières alors que nous jouons aux cartes calmement dans l'espace commun dédié, et la façon agressive qu'il emploie pour s'exprimer, fait que le ton monte et que s'en suis une altercation. Il finit par nous ordonner de quitter l'Hôtel en nous menaçant d'appeler la police... Bien sûr nous n'avons pas quitté l'Hotel... Hors mis l'énervement engendré par tous ces évènements nous avons passé une nuit très calme, c'est le seul point positif de cet établissement qui tient plus de la location de chambre que de l'hôtel.

Hôtel situé dans un village magnifique. Malheureusement nous arrivons dans un établissement sans la présence d’aucun personnel. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre, 3 heures pour faire venir un « technicien », qui n’est autre que le gardien de nuit. Altercation avec ce même gardien qui nous impose une extinction des lumières dans la mezzanine à 21h30, alors que nous jouons calmement aux cartes…. La direction de l’hotel qui n’habite pas sur place incapable de gérer le moindre problème. Du jamais vu dans l’hôtellerie, le gardien qui nous ordonne de quitter la chambre à 21h30, menaçant d’appeler la gendarmerie. Bref, un vrai gag, si nous n’ avions pas payé 100€ pour cette piètre prestation. Hôtel à éviter!!!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit en famille à l'hotel. Nous avons ete parfaitement accueilli, les chambres sont agréables et propres. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. Pour le site et l'accueil, au top. Le petit déjeuner simple, mais copieux. On se gare facilement proche de l'hôtel.

Het bedrag van de kamers werd 2x van de mastercard gehaald en na herhaaldelijke berichten (en belofte van terugbetaling) wordt er niet meer gereageerd. Ze geven enkel een reactie op reviews, maar geen reactie op mail en al zeker geen actie van terugbetaling. Verblijf in juli.

Super séjour en famille, détente assurée, magnifique vue sur le lac . Propriétaire très à l’écoute et très sympathique je recommande fortement cet hôtel à dix minutes du lac de sainte croix, village agréable, à vingt minutes de mous tier..

Super hôtel est idéalement situé au coeur d'un village très calme et charmant,très proche de lac e recommande . Excellent petit déjeuner,propriétaire sympathique est toujours à l'écoute. les chambres sont très propres avec vue sur le lac de saint croix très proche pour les activités.je recommande
