I was hosted from 08 to 11 June 2023, and I imagined that the hotel would be the same standard of so many Ibis hotels spread around the world and that I have already hosted, but I was completely wrong. The hotel has never been renovated or maintained, the lighting, covered with tissue, is old, moped-screwed and pends for falling at any time, and the corridors are very badly smelling. Room with TV that did not work throughout the stay (I called but did not broadcast no sound) and shower that only had hot water on the first day. I was forced to take a freezer bath during the rest of the stay. I have called for a number of times at the reception but the only presents and ”responsible” for the hotel are staff, poorly trained and super unprepared. But then I found that it was all a lie and that no one would fix anything during the weekend. Internet of very low quality would be better if they didn't offer guests. FINAL .... bad experience in a hotel that has nothing IBIS standard ....is a common hotel and the inside road, full of stuff broken, with a bad smell of the corridors and of mentor staff who are unable to solve anything, and it was my first and last host in that dust, who was collecting more than 300 reals for the daily experience of this horror film of the farm.

Excellent location, super pleasant accommodation from the reception with two-language receptionist, room with very comfort, wonderful bed, cleaning, perfect room service. Morning breakfast is apart with fruit, sweets, salts, juices and coffee on the machine or coated at the time. In the leisure area the delicious pool and academia.
