I stayed in this hotel for quite some nights due to a business trip to Moscow and this hotel was booked for me by a colleague. Eventhough all team members are very polite, the limitation in English makes it sometimes hard to communicate and I had to go down to reception and concierge several times in order to explain what I needed. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation. The bathrooms feel old and the shower curtains deserve a change - the Elemis branded bathroom amenities were the nicest touch in the bathrooms though. Housekeeping service was rather sloppy and everyday something was sadly forgotten to be exchanged or replaced so I had to call reception, but since they did not understand English over the phone I had to go down in person and explain, that I needed new shampoo or water, as that hasn't been refilled in 2 days. Breakfast had a good selection, but service was poor and it took 20 minutes one morning for my eggs benedict to arrive. (Perhaps they forgot, but I had already finished breakfast at that time). The views from the breakfast room directly onto the Kremlin were lovely and the piano player on Sunday was also a nice touch. The location of the hotel is the best - it is very central to Kremlin and Red Square, as well as the underground mall - all can be reached in very few minutes. We required a couple of taxi rides and the concierge booked them for us - sadly we waited many times for more than 20 minutes in the reception (as per the Concierge the car would be there in 5 minutes) and each day it was another reason why the cars were late (one day the car was broken, another day the car went the wrong route, etc), which would be understandable in a bustling city like Moscow, but we had to go to the Concierge several times and check on updates of the transfers which was rather annoying. During my next visit in Moscow I would not return to this hotel, as I believe there are far better options.

The location is great, cross the underground passage to the Kremlin and Red Square. The best thing is breakfast, there are two kinds of caviar, champagne, etc. You can watch the Kremlin while having breakfast. In the opposite direction of the Kremlin, you can go to the Internet Red Supermarket (there are less than a few gift shops in the supermarket, the price is cheaper than buying a doll on Red Square), and then a few more are Pushkin Bronze Statue Square, crossing the road That's Pushkin Café (this one was later built, really in St. Petersburg) and the Turandot restaurant next door. I visited Moscow for the first time and chose this hotel based on my travel agent's suggestion considering the budget I gave them. I stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is really good. You will have access to both Old Arbat Street and New Arbat Street. Old Arbat is a walking street full of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops whre you can certainly get Matrushkas for friends and families! New Arbat is also full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Arbat Metro Station (Subway) which is great because you can use Metroi in Moscow to go almost everywhere. I told the receptionist that I want a quiet room and I don't care for the view so she gave me a room overlooking an alley toward Old Arbat Street which also gave a nice view of the city especially at night. The room was really clean and the lighting was cosy. The heating system was good. I did not have my breakfast at the hotel and did not use the hotel gym. I cannot really make any complaint about this hotel.

Very nice hotel. I live on the top floor, and the 1 meter 8 bed is very comfortable. The wood-furnished rooms, the windows are on the top, and the light and airy views are great. Near the subway, eating, haircut, everything. The hotel was staying for a few days (3 nights). Hotel is 2*, but no 3 The room was cleaned every day (at least tried), changed the towels every day. Tomorrow we had a room, cooked it and brought the same girl as the room was cleaning. Breakfasts are quite scarce, you can choose 2 dishes per person and drink. The floor is curved, the beds are not exactly standing if we lie as the beds are standing, the head below the feet - that is not good. The room was cold (was in September, from the window dulo, the windows old). Our room was also staff rooms. The staff was not embarrassed that behind the wall the guests were noisy, smoked. But, after the comments, a little calm. The plumbing is all old as well, the room needs repair. But, we saw one other room a little bit, there was much better than ours. Here, apparently, lucky. Because we came to the room only to sleep, that is in principle tolerable. But the hotel I will definitely not advise and I will not go back there anymore). We got on the stock and paid 10,000 for two for 3 nights and 4 days, I believe that this amount is justified but not more. Very close to Red Square, it is a undeniable plus.

“+” Great hotel location in the heart of Moscow. All the major Moscow sites are walkable, there are many different cafes and restaurants around. The hotel (including its rooms) are updated. My room (#431) was big. I liked the room’s design, it is simple and cute. I felt totally comfy in my room. Two Twin Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was working fast. I liked the hotel’s staff, every single person was sweet and friendly. Also I would like to point out the great job from the housekeepers. They were always fast and helpful, when I needed something. “-“ Nothing really to say here. My room was not soundproofed well. If people were noisy in the corridor, I could hear them. Also the plug situation in the room could be better. There were no power sockets around the bed (only a USB one which did not charge my gadgets fast). And the last thing is cheap bathroom amenities, which didn’t smell that nice.
