Great service and friendly staff: there were attendants present in the concierge area the whole time we were there. We arrived around 10:30 pm and were greeted by alert staff with a smile. We traveled with 2 kids under 7 years old and they both loved the experience and breakfast - scrambled eggs, toast, waffle maker, condiments, coffee, tea, hot water, cereal, muffins, fresh whole fruit. Great selection of food. Clean and modern-looking room of 2 queen-sized beds.

Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast opened at 6, very convenient. Food was the usual, but presented well.
The staff were very friendly on check in. As well as our time there through our time there.

I love that it is safe, quiet and pet friendly. I loved my room with two queen beds at the end of the hallway across from the ice machine and not far from the elevator. My little Pup and I were very comfortable there. I also love the close access to Route 79 as I come to WV to visit family in Huntington. The staff are all polite, friendly and attentive to my needs. Breakfast is delicious.

Not sure there is quiet hours but they did not keep people quiet at nighttime. Breakfast isn’t that good at all. Was kept up all night

Staff was nice. The breakfast was tasty. I wish they didn't allow dogs. There were two HUGE dogs in the room across the hall and we could smell them.

I've stayed here multiple times. Hotel is always clean and well maintained. I will stay here again. Price is reasonable.

Hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Room was spacious and well-equipped. But their “pet friendly” policy needs some work - had several (!) dogs in neighbouring rooms barking throughout the evening. I know, I know, blame the owners and not the dogs.

I was hesitant to book because of some reviews but it was priced good so my family gave it a shot. We were in room 307 which did not smell musty, had good bed sheets, mattress was firm but comfortable, bathroom was clean, and it was quiet in the halls (we stayed on a Tuesday night). We had a good experience.
