The lobby and seating area was beautiful - very appealing. The breakfast was good and the staff all the staff were delightful.
Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The couch was in need of a cleaning and the walls were in need of repair. Those were the two things I noticed the minute I walked in.
I would stay there again.

We have stayed at Euro Suites over 5 times since 2019. The hotel is a great value and the staff are very friendly. The new Lobby, bar, and breakfast/lounge area are beautiful, it has clean sheets and towels, and breakfast was descent. However, our room needed a huge makeover and repairs.

The hotel was not able to check me into the hotel room until after 5pm due to the room not having been cleaned. As a result, I was late for the event for which I had traveled into town. I requested a rate adjus**ent while checking out, and the desk agent told me that yes that was possible, but that I would need to go through *******. Guess what- ******* wasn't able to process this either.

The staff are attentive and friendly. The rooms could use some updating and attention. The rooms need repainting and some carpentry work. The breakfast is similar to others with oa**eal, cereals, a waffle maker, yogurts and breads. Overall it is a serviceable hotel for a quick in and out.

This property is convenient to WVU and WVU Medical Centers. There are dining options within walking distance and a bowling alley.
My only complaint was the condition of the walkways and parking lot when it snowed.

The heat would not work. It was 5 degrees outside with a windchill below zero. The room only warmed to about 65 degrees with the thermostat set at 85
