Quite clean. Was undergoing expansion. Very good service. Very good food. Very good. Overall excellent considering economical price we paid.

The only good thing about this place was my suite. The service was horrible. The wait time for food or even 1 beer was that of and hour and a half. They dont allow outside drinks or food but yet want you to wait that long for it. Stay away from The fried chicken, they gave me 2 extremely salty frozen chicken cutlets. The short bartender its extremely rude and was worse when he forgot to put in my food order. The kitchen staff stays on their phones as the window into the kitchen allows patrons to see what they are doing. Overall they need to clean house on the staff and get a whole new one. Also another person staying their said stay away from the shared restrooms as they dont keep them clean and were nasty.

The truth is that I have been visiting the hotel for more than 10 years and this time, if I was disappointed, the customer service has dropped too much. Most of the time they had included breakfast for us, something that most international hotels offer and this time they told us that it was not included, we went to the restaurant to order something for dinner and waited around half an hour and they never treated us better We decided to leave there. Attention has dropped a lot. I don't know if they changed management or owners, but it's a shame.

El restaurante es bueno pero el servicio ha bajado en calidad. Las instalaciones podrían usar un poco de renovación, tienen un área nueva pero tampoco es para el precio que piden. En general es un buen lugar pero no esperen lujo.

Me dieron una habitación que no era igual a la foto , la habitación estaba descuidada las toallas amarillas ni pudimos usarlas lastimosamente no vale lo que cobran para qued**** pedí que me cambiaran y me cobraron 200 más
