Room smelled like cigarettes. We did not request a handicapp room but was given to us without asking. There was only 1 kleenex in the box. Toilet paper was not filled. Sheets had stains on them. Shower curtain has mold on top of curtain.

Room was okay. Pillow was not soft and felt like someone stepped all over it. Bed was hard as a rock. Hairdryer started smoking and made loud noises. There was coffee but no cups were provided. Also no coffee machinecin the rooms. How do you expect us to drink it? Doors were slamming all night. Vent in the bathroom is very loud. Door to the bathroom is so close to the toilet. Overall, it was not so good. Bathtub was slippery. Maybe invest in some non-slip mats for the tubs.

Reserved through *******. On check in they asked for $100 deposit and said must be cash only. We don’t carry cash so I asked to take my card for the deposit but they said that is their policy. I decided to cancel and they won’t refund the charges. I am going to dispute it with my bank and never stay there.

The lobby and hallways were overcome by cigarette smoke. However, our room didn’t smell. Bed was comfortable.

Behind the bathroom door was filthy and I wonder how long its been left unclean. There are crumbs under the bed from the previous occupant...what else was left undone? We drove a long way and have an appointment at the hospital tomorrow. We aren't going to fuss to them...we've had enough stress...

The room has been cleaned but not thoroughly. The bed was comfortable. The most uncomfortable part was check-in. I had to stand outside the lobby and hand over $100 cash deposit through a high security window before I was allowed to enter the hotel at all. This felt quite uncomfortable late at night. The door to the lobby was locked and I could not get in until I had my key card. I did not feel entirely safe, even though the neighborhood appeared to be safe. The level of security made me think the area or the hotel wasn’t safe. But by then it was too late at night, and I didn’t wanna lose my prepaid hotel room. Fortunately, the room was quiet.

When we booked this room, we looked on Google Earth at the area and it looks fine, but the hotel needs lots of work. We left lights on to keep bugs from visiting. the shower was so rusty and had cig burns on it, and the sink was cracked and rusty. one of our blankets had burns in it, why was this not tossed when housekeeping made the beds? Just a horrible place.
