Great location, but we had a poor experience here: 1. There was no wifi as advertised 2. The aircon did not work for the 10 days we were there 3. The hot water did not work for two days 4. A neighbouring apar**ent had a plumbing problem that meant a lorry was there pumping sewage and trying to fix it for 3 days including early in the morning and late at night 5. The owner had the cheek to try and charge us for extra cleaning at the end! 6. Our apar**ent claimed it slept 6, but that was stretching it. One double bed, two singles plus a sofa pullout in the living room. Avoid.

Bonjour Je suis un très très fidèle client Néméa . En 2023 j'ai résidé dans 6 sites Néméa : Capbreton, Moliets, Mimizan (3x) et Stv Briac sur mer.... Pour 2024 je réserve à Mimizan et la , oh surprise, NEMEA n'aime plus les bons clients et ne veut plus appliquer les remises habituelles sur l'appartement de Mimizan !!!!! C'est la politique de la maison me répond la conseillère.... Pour les bons clients l'on consent, a titre exceptionnel, une remise de 20 euros sur les frais de dossier. Drôle de politique maison.....

Très belle résidence, avec vue sur le courant. Appartement spacieux, grande terrasse, beaucoup de rangements. Accueil très sympathique. Piscine intérieur et extérieur, sauna hammam jacuzzi parking. Idéalement placée en plein centre, et en même temps plutôt très calme. Point négatif le manque de sécurité, accès ouvert à tous, et les jeunes de mimizan se retrouvent vite dans la piscine sans aucun respect ni des règles sanitaire ni des résidents. Que fait le syndic ? Autre nuisance, jamais vu autant de chiens, qui aboient toute la journée...dommage

Nous avons apprécié la propreté et la clarté du logement avec une très jolie vue sur le courant. La résidence est bien situé, proche de la plage et d'un petit supermarché Leclerc . La résidence comporte une piscine extérieure trop fraiche en ce début juin, mais nous avons pu profiter de celle à l'intérieur. Juste un petit bémol sur le matelas du lit pas très confortable.
