設施：1.衞生間沒有地漏，小朋友洗澡不可能一點水都出不來，但是積在馬桶區域，第二天都是積水，幹不了，也流不走，上衞生間要踩在水中，乾濕分離做了不如不做 2.詳情顯示遮光窗簾，但是真的不遮光，不適合年輕人，也不適合帶娃，天氣越來越熱，天也亮很早，第二天很早就全亮了 3.室外25度，室內30度，空調謎一樣會自己啟動加熱30度，半夜熱醒到處找遙控器 4.樓下雖然有泡池，但是衹開放兩個，水不熱，人巨多，要泡温泉衹能坐車去其他酒店泡，再接回來，雖然但是，體驗感不太好，選擇温泉酒店就是為了方便下樓就泡，泡完上樓 5.隔音太差了，凌晨一點也不知道是樓上還是隔壁，像搬家一樣的噪音，小朋友被吵醒好幾次 6.入住後沒有抽紙，應該是打掃衞生忘記放，服務培訓不到位

吃東西方便，下面有温泉泡池，可惜早上不開。對面在施工，吵得人受不了，以後建好了應該會好很多吧。週末人多，平時去更好。

酒店位置方便，周圍吃的很多，停車場就位於樓下是周邊幾個酒店共用，車位基本上能滿足，房間條件不錯，有游泳池和温泉，推薦入住

酒店設施有些老舊，温泉都是半開放的，裏面大概有兩到三個小温泉持續開放，有一個沒有開。游泳池的水比較涼。 房間的話，訂了親子套房，是上下層複式的，進去有些小失望，設計方面不太合理，比如他做開水的枱子就正好在一層去往2層的樓梯上，這樣走動的話枱子上的茶杯都得落灰。我們是4個大人一個小孩兒，進到房間的時候，浴巾、毛巾、拖鞋、浴袍都不夠，跟酒店要了之後，那個浴袍的口袋都裂開了，整體感覺差點兒意思。

絕對不會住第二次的酒店。雖説給升級的觀景房，房間大了。但是一進屋就發現洗手盆堵了，現修。然後晾衣繩也是壞的，花灑也漏水。最嚴重的就是屋裡空調不熱，吹了半天冷風，然後師傅過來修，吹熱風了，但是太微弱了，根本不管用。等了倆小時屋裡也沒熱起來，最後給拿了個電暖氣臨時解決。最最不能忍的是，酒店沒熱水！沒熱水！沒熱水！八九點的時候，水温有40度都是我説高了，約等於體温。過來10點，就涼了，根本沒法洗澡！！！工作人員居然跟我説，用的人多了，水温就下降，你非要洗澡嗎？？？真不知道好評都怎麼來的。
