Good location and clean

We are group of 4 people and booked the apar**ent really spontaneous. We booked it just a couple hours before arriving. Nice apar**ent and big enough for the 4 of us. There were yoga mats, tea, coffee and a poloroid camara in the room. We could have booked a gym or do our laundry. The costumer service during the day was good and fast. (I dont know how fast it would have been during the night or evening) Unfortunately there was bi way to darken or close the windows. There were no blinds or curtains on the windows. It was to bright in the morning (from 7 am). No way of sleeping in or getting some rest in the morning. It was bright in the living room and even in the bed room. I’ll definitely book a bob w apar**ent in a different city again.

A real Nice stay, location perfect nearby Duomo. Apar**ent clean and functional. Bon bistro and Farini for coffee and breakfast PERFECT

Bob W is a great deal. Near to Duomo of Milano, very kind staff and very comfy room. The bathroom is great but the hot water could last a bit longer. Anyway, would come back anytime!

We reserved for 3 persons but the sofa bed was totally broken, so we sleep 3 in a bed. Impossible to sleep on that condition !

Loved the apar**ent.Great location , it made it easy for us to get to tourist attractions. The staff was really helpful . The space was clean and well maintained. Bob is very quick to help with everything you need.

Not recommended at all! 0 safety for the guests, special in case of fire. Unfortunately not professional hotel, at all. Very poor breakfast, not clean enough and most important is the door which was not opening when we wanted to leave. We were wandering about safety which was very poor. That’s very very important in case of fire!
