Got a room in the frist floor, very noicy from the trafic and train, changed to 5.th floor. Extremely hot, no ventilation, could not turn on aircondition. The building is very old and you could hesr every small noice from the neighbor rooms. I will never Stay here again.

Unfortunately, Milan is very overpriced for accomodation so this one one of the only options. The checkin guy was nice, however for the price it's severely lacking in quality.

The reservation had been made for 2 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival, they charged me an additional 50 euros because the room was triple and according to them I had to pay for an additional bed.

We took a room with a private bathroom and stayed for two days without hot water because they claimed that the boiler was broken, and they couldn't do anything about it ... Very bad experience, room with private bathroom WITHOUT HOT WATER. The staff (if you can call it that, often not present at the reception) did not do anything to accommodate this enormous inconvenience despite our heartfelt complaints. Dilapidated room; I entered the shared bathroom on the floor to check if there was hot water (which there wasn't) and the cleanliness of the shower was terrible! Broken shower door, patched with a curtain SHAMEFUL!!

My experience at the Galla Hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly, helpful and I can't complain about anything, from the cleanliness to the services provided. It is difficult, if not impossible, to find large rooms in the center of Milan at these prices, considering the location and the relative services available in the surrounding area. I highly recommend, and I will certainly return! You all deserve five stars
