The people there are very kind. The room is very clean. If the breakfast improve then the hotel will be very good.

I was a little worried when I booked. The beds looked lumpy. Let me just say, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a long time.

We have stayed here several times in the past. It's always been a positive experience. Last night, it was very cold in our room. I called for help with our thermostat. The front desk clerk came up and adjusted a few of the levers on the thermostat and the heat kicked on. It should have fixed the problem. It did not. The room warmed up, then when the heater stopped running, it never kicked in again, unless I bumped up the temperature slider. It performed the same way all night. Why couldn't it regulate the temperature and stay at that temperature?? I was quite sick last night or we would have called the desk to ask to be moved to a new room.

I got a text from the hotel to see how we were doing..... I said we only had three towels with four adults in the room ... also that black floating stuff came out of the tub faucet... I never heard from the front desk .... I took towels off the maids cart....
