Nothing too bad to report. I downloaded, and tried using their app, but nothing on the app worked. Couldn't check in. Didn't get a room key. Couldn't order amenities. No big deal though. We just had to do everything the old fashion way... Checked into a 1-bedroom suite. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The king bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. My ONLY complaint about the room was the furniture. The sofa and chairs were the MOST uncomfortable I've ever sat on. We ended up laying in the bed just to sit and watch tv... The pool was beyond expectations. Plenty of extras (see pictures) Super for kids and families. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy... The whirlpool was huge (see pics) and felt great after a long day of driving... No continental breakfast, but there is a tiny bistro where you can order things. FYI $3.17 for just a bottle of water... We didn't use it, but there is a really nice fitness area by the pool... I have to say, except for the uncomfortable room furniture, this place is absolutely superb. we're already talking about staying here again on our next visit to the area.

Stayed here for years while returning to WI to visit our son. Last year had a full renovation that took place. Their communication on this construction during several stays was non-exsistant and several times put on floors that had construction on the other end. Did mention this to front end manager, with nothing done. This past weekend they blocked over 1/2 of the entire parking lot on a Saturday night with tournament baseball teams and other people staying, only to ask us for our car information in case they started work early on Sunday and wanted us to move our car. Really and to where? Lately not worth the price. Hopefully when all is completed they may be able to get back to the hotel we chose to stay at.

This is a favorite hotel for location, price, and amenities. The breakfast meal is good and complete with a variety in hot foods each day. The pool hours are very good from morning to late night...but the pool is too cold to really enjoy. The hot tub is nice. The room have plenty of seating and space. The bed has been our regular complaint from the uncomfortable mattress to the down comforter. The mattress is hard and flat and the down comforters in lumpy, but the room does a good job in keeping a good temperature.

My ONLY complaint about the room was the furniture. The sofa and chairs were the MOST uncomfortable I've ever sat on. We ended up laying in the bed just to sit and watch tv... The pool was beyond expectations. Plenty of extras (see pictures) Super for kids and families. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy... The whirlpool was huge (see pics) and felt great after a long day of driving... No continental breakfast, but there is a tiny bistro where you can order things. FYI $3.17 for just a bottle of water... We didn't use it, but there is a really nice fitness area by the pool... I have to say, except for the uncomfortable room furniture, this place is absolutely superb. we're already talking about staying here again on our next visit to the area.

Their communication on this construction during several stays was non-exsistant and several times put on floors that had construction on the other end. Did mention this to front end manager, with nothing done. This past weekend they blocked over 1/2 of the entire parking lot on a Saturday night with tournament baseball teams and other people staying, only to ask us for our car information in case they started work early on Sunday and wanted us to move our car. Really and to where? Lately not worth the price. Hopefully when all is completed they may be able to get back to the hotel we chose to stay at.
