I stayed at Be Mate Masaryk on my first trip to Mexico City and my first impression of the city couldn't have been better due to the location and service. But what really stood out to me was the warm and friendly hospitality, especially from the United States. Her warm personality, prompt service, and genuine concern for her guests' comfort made all the difference. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the service is excellent.

I absolutely LOVED the area this little hotel is in! It’s great to walk around, and be surrounded by places to visit and eat.
The breakfast was very good, nice and fresh every morning. Variety of cereals, fruits, eggs and a protein. Good nespresso coffee, juice, milk, toast and yogurt.
They have shampoo, body wash, conditioner and lotion in the shower. It’s great. A mini fridge and microwave in the room, the bed was comfortable. Oh! And they even left is a complimentary bottle of red wine and chocolate for my husband and I. Thank you so much!!!! I will definitely recommend this little gem of a hotel to all my friends and family.

I am originally from Mexico City and have lived in the US for the last twenty years. I know the area well. This location is great. Surrounded by many good restaurants, cafes, bars and nice to walk around.

It was like a nice little apartment. The breakfast offering was really nice. EXCELLENT location right on Masaryk in Polanco.
