Fantastic stay. My wife and I were guests in the hotel in the last week of July with half board. Very professional staff, we received so much courtesy and availability. Restaurant with buffet service and a lot of variety of dishes and food of excellent quality. Excellent services and a fantastic location, practically located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. I must specify the u**ost attention on the part of the staff to anti-COVID health measures.

Exceptional staff, the kids club and entertainment team were particularly brilliant. Kids club activities were fab with varied schedule and massive thanks to Ruth and Ana. Really Clean hotel and site and nice to have pool towels provided. Lovely to have such a beautiful beach a minutes walk away too. Snack bar was good with fresh food which was varied and great for all our tastes. Food was ok, noisey canteen style eating area with no windows open, same kind of food everyday. However, was plentiful and clean and staff were lovely. However- the family room is terrible. I have seen better furniture in a skip. Two adults and two kids in a tiny room with the scruffiest bunk beds ever. Wonky broken ladder and dirty cover on bed rail. It's like they've just shoved bunk beds in the corner of a standard room. Scruffy painting of walls and woodwork and very, very dated. But the shower and bath were great - loads of hot water and good pressure. No pool depths on side of the pool, if you want to know these you will have to walk around the pool area and find a cryptic map. Evening entertainment was 50/50. A couple of good acts and some absolute shockers! But saying all this, we would still go back, the staff were brilliant.

Big Hotel with plenty going on .. They have it right here. Huge selection at meal times or all day Full Board.. 3 Pools and a kiddy Pool with things going on all day...Evening entertainment for Kids and Adults later.. Rooms well appointed Towels for Pool supplied. One disappointment was the cost of Parking in their Car Park at a daily cost of 14 Euros per day.!!! Park around the outside ok in May but could be tight in high summer

We stayed May 2024 all inclusive for 7 nights on floor 8 of the Pinguinos side of the hotel. The room was very basic but only used to sleep so we didn’t mind, it did have a fridge that was handy and the cleaning service was great. Everything on our side was closed so we had to use the Milanos side for the restaurant and accessing the pool which wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was 8AM - 10AM Lunch was 1.30PM - 3.30PM Tea was 7.30PM - 9.30PM All inclusive drinks were available all day, a menu was displayed on the bar so you knew what was available and the snack bar was available in between the meal times in the restaurant, it was advertised until 11PM but we never saw it open past 7.30PM. The pools were great, main pool does not allow balls etc (baby floats and swimming aids are OK) but there is a separate smaller pool for playing with your children that has a smaller area for babies and toddlers inside. Neither pool allows inflatables. The pool was advertised to be open until 7PM but was closed each day at around 5.50PM. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk out of the hotel grounds and is a stunning beach with very clear blue water but areas do have rocky parts so be careful. Sunbeds on the beach do not belong to the hotel and are charged at €10 each which adds up over the week so we bought air beds from the shop. Shops, pubs, pharmacy and restaurants are again literally a 1/2minute walk away (pharmacy possibly 5) Hawiano and Kit Cat are great bars if you have kids but can get lively later at night especially later in the week/weekend. During the day there was very little put on by the staff throughout the hotel for children and the kids clubs/huts and outdoor stage etc were all closed off. We did enjoy a few games of table tennis after we realised the bats and balls were available behind the reception desk. The play park was too young for our child and is possibly aimed at U5’s. Some days the staff brought out the pool mat for the children to play on and there was aqua aerobics but a lot of the other activities like darts, spinning, water polo etc meant our 11 year old was too young to join in. Maybe this isn’t the case during the 6 weeks holidays and there’s more staffing and activities on then. At night they have entertainment on, a kids disco from 9PM - 9.30PM then an act of some kind which varies. We watched acrobats and a magician which we enjoyed but did not go for the singers, duos or the once upon a time act so can’t comment on them. We enjoyed visiting here in May but would have enjoyed more activities for our child to get involved in. We would definitely return with the hope that the menu would be better and more varied at lunch and tea time as it seems a common issue from guests. Great breakfast though!

This hotel is 2 star at best. Wrong number of beds in the tiny room. If you ask for a slightly better room it will cost you 70 euros per night. The food is very basic. It's OK if you like fish as that is mostly what they have. No English television for 3 days. And you cannet check in to this hotel until two clock. The closed town is an half an hour bus away for shopping center. Markets. This hotel appears to be OK if your near retirement age.

The hotel is in a lovely setting, just steps from the beach and the nature reserve. There are plenty of walks around the area and a fairly regular bus service to Alaior and Mahon. The food at the hotel is good but there are plenty of choices if you wanted to eat out. The supermarket is very convenient. All the staff are friendly, helpful and approachable, from the check-in desk, to the restaurant and the cleaning staff. The room was extremely clean and was kept that way throughout our 10 day stay. Our room was on the 9th floor but there were plenty of lifts if you couldn't face the stairs! The customer service during our stay was probably the best we've had on all our travels. It's definitely worth booking a sea view room - - the view is amazing. We'll be back for sure. We loved our stay.

We’re just back from a weeks stay and we’ve had a wonderful week. Myself and my husband came with our two year old son and it was our first family holiday. The hotel is incredibly clean and our room was cleaned, with fresh towels daily. It’s in a perfect location, right on the beach! The pool is a wonderful size and there’s actually two! (One was closed during the time we were there which was a real shame!) However there’s loads of space to sit and relax outside and there’s plenty of sunbeds around the pool too. The pool was always very clean. The food was very tasty, ever so slighty repetitive and sometimes cold but it’s a buffet - so you get what you pay for. There was plenty of variety and always a nice selection of fish / meat (we only saw red meat one afternoon!) A wonderful salad selection and always plenty of fresh fruit - you’ll never go hungry! (Unless you’re ridiculously fussy!) The staff are wonderful. So helpful and friendly (mainly those in the restaurant / bar!) and they always made such a fuss of our two year old (which he loved!) A few negatives, which are worth a mention… Prior to arriving, I had emailed the hotel and requested a lower floor room as we have a two year old. I received an email back confirming this would be sorted yet we were put on floor 10. They have 11 floors. So pretty high up! Did have a lovely view of the sea though. Room very basic, which is finenas it’s just a room to shower and get you’re head down. Would be nice if a kettle was in the room though. Upon arrival & checking in, we weren’t told anything about the hotel, so we’re left to figure out a lot for ourselves - including the dining times so we missed out on lunch as we went straight to unpack. We had to find a cafe to have lunch which isn’t the end of the world, as it was very good however we were all inclusive so had we known the times, we’d have gone straight to lunch and made use of what we can. (and have already paid for!) Although we were all inclusive, we actually had no idea what this entailed (ie drinks / snacks) until four days in. We got breakfast, lunch and tea and had access to the pool bar during the day for drinks. (This bar did have snacks/food but we only saw them one day) We saw a board for ice creams, some had prices next to them and some were blank so we assumed the “blank” ones would be included in the all inclusive. Turns out no ice cream is included within your all inclusive and you have to buy them all. This is a real shame as you can imagine a two year old on holiday wants plenty! We bought some from the supermarket up the road as it was cheaper. We didn’t see any ice cream during meal times in the restaurant either. Six lifts but very, very dated and so, so slow. Be prepared for a ridiculously long wait, especially when you’re up at the top! Overall a wonderful week away and would probably return (only with the child - not as a couple) but more into the season to hopefully get a better experience of what the hotel
