I had an unforgettable experience and overwhelming hospitality staying in this hotel, While enjoying my time around the bar having cocktails, i was amazed if Jean’s hospitality and care, Jean works at the bar in the quarter deck, such a caring and genuine guy, you could feel how welcoming and hospitable he is through his gorgeous smile and wholesome hospitality, he made me and my friends feel so welcomed and provided us with the best service ever. This was a part of my stay in this resort but definitely an unforgettable one.

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. Kevin and his team will be sure that you leave with the biggest smile on your face after each meal! Well done team!

The location of the hotel is average, although there is no beach at the beach, the only thing is very secluded. The escape begins just after booking, some 9,000km away. The reception and concierge team were responsive and very attentive in organizing our stay before our arrival. Vinay, the driver, will be the first face of the Oberoi that we meet. During the journey from the airport, in a luxurious sedan, he immerses us in the Mauritian atmosphere and presents the hotel to us eloquently, which suggests the best. He hands us his business card, making himself available for the days to come. Arriving at the hotel, a personalized welcome with check-in directly in your villa: exclusivity (that’s true luxury!) is felt and will reign for the rest of the stay.
