Very bad services no one response you properly very rudely at reception we book suites room but it's like a normal room dirty bedsheets towel breakfast was no option not at time inform us 7:30 and given at 8 :05 Making fun of guest infornt of another guest Its not like a 1 star property

During our stay in room 410 at Radha Nikunj Vrindavan, an elderly couple mistakenly entered our room using the key meant for room 412. Despite bringing the issue to the hotel staff's attention, the General ***ager and the team displayed a lack of professionalism. Instead of apologizing, they responded rudely, dismissing the incident as normal. The General ***ager even went as far as saying, "do whatever you want, nothing is going to happen; our owner is in Delhi for a property deal." This disregard for safety and security is unacceptable and disappointing.

It’s a nice place near prem ***dir. These are serviced apar**ents. It’s a relatively cheap place and good services . The food quality is fine . Rooms on higher floors are better . Rooms needs better upkeep and maintained . Front desk is not well ***aged . That needs to be Taken care of.

I stayed with my family including 2 kids at this hotel from 28th Sept to 1st Oct. I reached the hotel at around 12 noon and was welcomed by Mr Faisal with a smile. He provided us early check-in and conveyed the timings of each temple in the vicinity in the form of a pamphlet. I booked an executive suite and it was a 1BHK apar**ent with a drawing dining room with a big sofa bed sufficient for 3 and a 4 seater dining table. Then it has a master bedroom with a King Bed . It is more like a service apar**ent with room service. The room was spacious and clear but not very fancy. There was seepage and few first marks on the walls. A family of 4 to 6 can easily be accommodated in this room. They have an in-house restaurant named Namaste and all the dishes tried there were economical and great in taste. You can avoid Rajma Chawal and Chole Chawal combos though. The location of this hotel is right in front of Prem ***dir and almost 500 meters from Iskcon Temple. You can get an electric rickshaw for Rs 10 per seat for Banke Bihari Temple easily from the main road. They have ample parking space which is otherwise a problem with hotels in Vrindavan. I would definitely love to stay again in this hotel!!

I’m stay at sarovar hotel in vrindavan…… stay is very comfortable…..staff verynice and coporative ….food is so nice….service is also good and room is clean ang hygiene………, front office team is very nice specially mention to miss neelam she is very nice and corporative

The hotel is basically a converted apar**ent style hotel ie a studio apar**ent. Rooms were not properly maintained and cleaned. Broken and dusty walls, dirty floor. AC not working properly. Lifts are not maintained properly. Insects in room. Food was fine. Overall experience was pathetic. Only thing that worked was that it is very near to Prem ***dir but commute to nearby temples is also not an issue in Vrindavan. Will not recommend this to anyone.

First of all, the booking is not available directly. Hotel staff didn't help at all. If don't believe please do call. No covered parking. The hotel is basically a converted apar**ent style hotel ie 1BHK and 2BHK. Proper room service not available. Hotel rooms and food in its restaurant is extremely costly. Good part is location ie near to Prem ***dir but after going there I realised that complete Vrindavan is within 7Km. If you just want to stay with air conditioner then you can go with it. Otherwise go with other options such as Sarovar Portico etc in such hefty price. Overall experience, poor

This is such a hotel which one should opt iff there is no other option available to stay. Rooms and linens were not clean. Staff was non courteous and negligent. I bet vrindavan ashrams and dharamshalas must be serving their guests better than this hotel. Only good thing about hotel is its restaurant which servers variety of delectable food.
