The pure luxury of every detail is 5 star plus. The hotel, the beautiful array of fresh flowers, the location, the view, the room and above all the service. I really wanted to love this hotel due to the reviews. And there are some aspects I really enjoyed. The staff was phenomenal - very friendly and always willing to help. I love a good boutique hotel, so I was excited to find this one, which is centrally located in Marbella. Close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The hotel is a bit outdated. The rooms and bathrooms could use a good restoration, but they made a great effort to decorate nicely, which I appreciated. The dealbreaker for me was that our rooms had ants. And not 1 or 2 ants. There were many ants on the floor. This made out stay VERY uncomfortable. The staff gave us bug spray, so we were able to spray that, but then we had to let the small rooms air out before we went back into the rooms. The spray helped some, but it did not fully get rid of the ants. The staff also re-mopped the floor. They were so helpful and did all they could to try to rectify the problem, but we lived with those ants for 2 days, and I was very unhappy, uncomfortable, and disappointed. There were no other rooms to put us in and we prepaid for our rooms, so if we left for another hotel, we would have been losing a lot of money. Again, the staff was kind and did as much as they could to help, but no one wants to sleep with bugs on the floor. I would not return to this hotel due to that reason, unfortunately and would not recommend.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the beach at the entrance of the boulevard. A parking lot is closer to the parking lot. 25 Euros is too expensive. Find a hotel. It is recommended to go to the parking lot about 5 minutes from the hotel. If the ticket is normally taken, the day is 19 I later found the hotel (because a female reception desk told me that it was 15 Euros a night ago). I told you that it was 15 Euros. I finally received 19 Euros. I didn’t expect to change a man and actually used them. I have an internal special parking space of 9 Euros for one night. We are two cars. I can ask for two parking spaces. I am also looking at luck. Are there any empty parking spaces for employees? Only one parking space is available but it is super open compared to 19 Euros. Sen Ye is also in the market, the parking lot just doesn't need to pick up the ticket. Use the front desk to give your card a direct credit card. (There are two credit card machines in the parking lot. The machine and the parking space on the third floor are the front desk. The front desk will tell you how to use and drive. Out, actually, parking is about an hour's drive near the Mijas-European day parking fee spikes near all parking lots because I want to go there Sai Port thought of convenient transportation and chose Marbella to stay. But the next day, the babys had been playing at the beach on the doorstep for a long time. It was very happy. The hotel looks like it has been refurbished. The facilities can still have a big kettle but no slippers. There is a balcony, and some rooms on the fourth floor are being renovated. The front desk can give you other floors, such as 5 floors.

Everything was quite enough. Room was small - a bit too small for 4 person - with one bunk bed, but it wasn't a big problem, cause we were in three persons and spend all evening on the city. Building is nice and open, with small terrace on every floor, and public kitchen under open sky - which is great. And service and receptionist were very kind and helpful. I can recommend this place for travelers.

Overall, we had a lovely trip to Marbella, the hotel was clean and the room had most things that we needed, no kettle or clothes drying rack on the balcony was a let down. The pool was okay, there is only half a dozen sun beds so there was a couple of days that we couldn’t get one when we went up to the pool area. The hotel had no atmosphere at all, so we did end up putting our headphones on during the day. Decent hotel for the price, but I would pay a bit extra and go elsewhere in the future.

The location of this hotel is perfect - next to the old town and right on the promenade. The hotel is always spotless and the staff are so professional. They have an excellent process in place for breakfast. The busy times are between 09:30 and 10:15, so you might have to queue a bit but it is well organised and moves quickly. We only went B&B and you could not fault the selection of food available. We had a sea view room which had a great size balcony. The Amare hotel is a sister hotel and spa treatments can be got here. We availed of these and had a great experience. The one area for potential improvement is the night time entertainment. Some nights had nothing on and the Pinetree club area lacks atmosphere on those nights. Overall a fabulous return visit and we will be back.

Wonderful little hotel in the heart of Marbella! What a pleasant surprise. I stayed in this hotel many years ago with students and have returned after about 13 years with a group of 15 adults. I was worried .. for no reason. It is all remodeled and looks great. The staff is pleasant, rooms have balconies (we could see some of the Holy Week processions from them). The little restaurant has an acceptable morning breakfast - nothing fancy - but fine. My only critiques are so trivial I hate to mention them. The little soap bars in the bathroom were dry and crumbly things, old hairdryer but it worked .. and our bathroom trashcan needs replacing - rusty - ugh. Beds were clean and comfortable, the a/c works fine also. I would return in a flash!

Stayed here only for two days this time, last year we had a week and it was great.Receptionist very professional and efficient.Room on the top floor was as good as ever, very clean with plenty of space, good storage areas, clean well-equipped bathroom with toiletries supplied.Super balcony with table, chairs and views over the rooftops.TV in room had some UK channels, fridge worked extremely well. Food is of a high standard for a 3 star hotel with plenty of variation in the menus. The packed lunch (picnic) can be ordered the day before and it is just 1st class, best I have come across in Spain! Only minor issue this time is my wife and I felt the food could often not be very hot reaching the servery,it also seemed the overhead heating in this unit was either very poor or not working at all, such a shame for good quality produce.A small microwave is all that is needed to address this issue, many hotels have these now in the dining rooms. It has a great location,2 minutes from the bus stops and 5 minutes walk to the beach areas. We shall return again as the hotel and staff have real character.
