The hotel was good overall. The room was clean, the ambiance was pleasant, and the amenities were satisfactory. The location is excellent, being close to many establishments, making it very convenient for travelers. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel has a nice pool and bar area with videoke. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay feel welcoming.
One of the best features is the room size—it's really spacious, which is perfect for guests like me who are claustrophobic. I appreciated the open space and simple layout.
However, the hotel could really improve by adding basic amenities. There was no mini-fridge, no bath mat, and no slippers provided. The room setup is very minimal—just the bed and bathroom, nothing extra.
If you're looking for a no-frills, spacious room with good staff and access to a pool and bar, Arzo Hotel is a decent option. Just don’t expect full hotel amenities.

It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines.
In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila

Good stay overall. Complete with toiletries and there was a roll of tissue for the bathroom. 2 towels, 2 soaps, 2 toothbrush + toothpaste kit, and 2 shampoos. Aircon was not noisy and bed was clean. Floor was clean too and the bathroom. TV has no cable though and I did not try their wifi. I like the room layout. It feels spacious. Another con would be no elevator and stairs are pretty steep. But it's great for 1200 ish.

The facilities were just about complete! They had an elevator, pail, water dispenser, dipper, bidet. The aircon was good, the bed, pillows and blanket and comforter were comfortable and made for a nice sleep. They have a great location for the Binondo crawl and while I wanted to eat at the Fb go-to's, there were always a lot of people so better luck next time. The next day, they allowed us to place our stuff somewhere while we went to 168 Mall. And thank you for the tikoy!

Stayed for one night. Location is perfect, just beside the Binondo church. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. Metro station is also around 800m away only.
Room is clean, but the chair seems to be placed on a weird place and can block the way going to the other side of the bed.
Airconditioner works very well and was very cold. Could have been better if air direction can be adjusted as you will feel the air blowing to your head.
Bed is comfortable, but the comforter is too short and cannot cover your whole body.
TV is nice and has lots of international channels, but brightness was a bit too dark.
Strong shower water pressure and stable temperature
Room wifi is not 100 percent stable.
Hotel lobby is nice but a bit hot. Maybe the airconditioner was malfunctioning.
Service is very good, and very friendly.
Overall it was a good stay and a good choice if you want to stay within Chinatown, and would recommend!
