Sheraton Manila Bay

Beautiful environment, well-equipped facilities, rich breakfast, and attentive service. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It's a trustworthy hotel that feels as cozy and welcoming as coming home.

An older hotel in a narrow street, surrounded by many Korean restaurants in a Korean-populated area. The rooms have been renovated and are quite convenient. There's also a Taoist temple downstairs.

Service: Unbelievably awful service! This is not what I expect from a 5-star Sheraton. I waited over half an hour to check in. When I needed a band-aid for an injury, the hotel didn't have any supplies. The staff were very inexperienced and treated guests with indifference. I am complaining! Environment: The environment is just average. The surrounding streets are quite dirty and messy, and the roads are uneven. There's motorcycle noise at night. Facilities: Compared to other Sheratons, the facilities are quite basic, which is hard to believe, especially since the prices are similar. The hotel pool is okay, but it's too small. Hygiene: The hygiene is acceptable. There was no visible dirt, so overall it was alright. Summary: I do not recommend staying here! The environment, facilities, dining, and service are all below average!

The location is in what feels like the old city center, so there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and offered services in Chinese, which was a great help. The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the beach.

The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design. The location was great, and the swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent. There were plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel was reasonably priced, overall a good experience.
