The location is fine as the distance from Parkview to the town is just a 30-minute walk. The quality of the bed, shower temperature, and soundproofing is just equal to its 2-star which you can expect.

My visit was great and there were no problems. Staff were friendly, my room was nice and the hotel’s not far from the city centre. For the price I definitely can’t complain.

As for the exterior, it looks like it was originally just an apartment that was turned into a hotel. The rooms are not like the ones in the photo. The rooms are dimly lit and feel more like a budget hotel in Southeast Asia than in the UK. The hotel has a complex and unique smell. Some people may not be able to stand it.
The bottom of the door to the room is completely visible and there is a gap big enough to fit a finger in. It may not be very safe for women. However, there is only one entrance, and someone is there 24 hours a day, so you can say that there is a certain degree of security.
The city center is surprisingly far away and not very convenient.
