The location is really convenient for me to go and apply for the visa, it's located right in thd city center so there arw deinitely many restaurant open lately, I really do not need to worry if I arrive late that day. Overall an excellent experience

An older building, but quite grand. It's in a lively, bustling area, yet surprisingly quiet at night (though the creaky hallway floors were a bit annoying). Dining, shopping, and transportation are all super convenient. The room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate for me as I didn't have much luggage, so there was enough space. It had both a bathtub and a shower, with good water temperature and strong water pressure. Excellent service and a clean room. Breakfast was an extra charge, offering both Continental and English options, and it was quite tasty. The restaurant staff were outstanding, very attentive, and service was quick. Overall, a good experience and highly recommended!

Very old building with dim lights at the reception, corridor and the room. Not feeling safe in here being a solo girl, but kinda expected for such a cheap price. Suitable for people on budget and just want a place to shower and sleep.

Nice place to stay with the reasonable price. The room quite old because of the rug but the furnitures seem fine. The shower in my room has a little bit leaking. My most favorite thing is the breakfast. The waiters are nice. There is just a female manager (the one with glasses) who operate the breakfast room was rude on our first day. She keep asking us Are her colleague invite us in the room before she know our room number? In that case we have waiting in the middle of no where for 5 minutes. But everything except that is still good. The location is totally good if you want to sightseeing the city both by walking around and go on tram to see a football matches.

Unfortunately, this property doesn't meet any standards. The mattresses, with springs sticking out of them, are very old and uncomfortable. Thin walls and leaky doors/windows mean you can hear everything, every footstep in the hallway and every fart from your neighbor in the next room. The conditions are outrageously poor.

Last couple times of staying in hotel I’ve never had a good night sleep the constant banging of doors of cleaners at night and through out also bad in morning so you won’t be able to go for a break for peace and sleep they have no consideration for people who want to sleep and knocking on door through morning even though I put my sign on door

I really enjoyed my stay during my first visit to Greater Manchester to see my favourite live band. The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to a Wetherspoon pub and close to Piccadilly Station. My room was spacious, with a big, comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom, and a lovely city view. It also had great extras like a hairdryer, ironing facilities, tea and coffee with a kettle, and a smart TV. I stayed for two nights and would happily return.
