we got a good stay at the hotel thanks Hazem to help and careing of us all the time in room service or in the restaurant during breakfast in the morning Hazem was the best employee for me with his smile and polite style,He was always asking if everything was fine and if we needed something, and we had a good welcome from Jasmine and Tariq could be the best hotel in Behairn with those people who work in here. I am sure that this wonderful experience and hospitality will bring us back.

We enjoyed stay at the lobby of the hotel its so quit and relaxation to have a coffee and drink tea and the hotel too quite and very recommended to stay at onyx its out favorite hotel .. i would to thank jasmine shes so nice and helpful .. i will visit again

Really enjoyed the breakfast and the service staff are 5-star. One gentleman I want to say a special thanks to Ahmed Ali. Also I want to say thanks to the other hostess and customer service reps. Always superior service. Also the Cafe on the GY floor makes sandwiches, drinks, breakfast all day, and great desserts!

It was an amazing service, with great food. It was a very good experience at the Garnet Restaurant which is in the lobby area. The breakfast was 10 out of 10. All the staff were friendly and welcoming especially Jasmine and Ahmed Ali were amazing. Will visit again.

The hotel is amazing , we had training course , service was perfect specially with Shrabon, he really took care of us and everything we needed, meeting room is amazing food is tasty, we booked it for 2 days we were really satisfied and all the guest attended.
