The more I stay at the hotel, the more I like it Words fail to thank all the front office employees without exception. I am afraid to mention some names and forget others. Also, security and housekeeping staff. They make you feel like the only guest staying in the hotel, The staff are all friendly and they go the extra mile to help. they welcome you all the time with a smile The rooms were very clean, all amenities were available before check-in Everything was more than excellent. This hotel is one for those who look for standing out and satisfy with no less than perfect. Staff, room, food, service and facilities are all above and beyond. I had some issues in the room , curtins are not will finished , so the sunlight goes throw the room , and since sunrise you know its morning even if you closed the curtins ..
Other thing there were annoying noise came every single minute from the fire alarm like beep , its annoying Nd disturbing , you cant sleep weĺl ..
The hotel had upgrade my room from one bedroom to two bedroom for free ..
Make sure you have at least 50 to 100 bhd as deposit for the hotel ..
You have alot of resturants near the hotel like five guys and pizza hut and starbucks....

We had a delightful experience in Bahrain because of our stay at charthouse. The hotel has an exceptional view and amazing extra facilities like the ones they are advertising online. You just have to pre book if you want these perks to ensure availability. The staff were so nice to accommodate our requests .We will definitely come back during our return from our side trip to Giorgia.

The most impressive thing is the breakfast. English breakfast. Taste good and variety. The service attitude of the restaurant staff is first-class. We stayed for a few days and my brother remembered that we wanted hot milk. Needless to say, he served it for us directly.

It has mostly 20 rooms, four of which are on the ground floor with direct access to terrace and swimming pool, the rest on the upper floor (some overlooking the pool). The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the pool side beautiful, the rooms wonderful. I enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere is very relaxing and quiet. There are two restaurants and a café on the property too.

GGuest UserEconomical Place to stay ranging from BD. 15 to BD 20.00. Parking is available in front of the hotel. Breakfast doesn't have much variety. Ladies' beauty saloon is available on the ground floor. Overall a good budget hotel especially for business trips.

From the hotel service driver who picked me up and waited for me at the airport, front desk, the team at the dining who's making good food and also do room service every morning because of my early shift at work and most specifically the house keeping Mr. Sumon, he made sure that my room is clean every day and the other day i misplaced my passport i thought I've lost it and when i get back in my room from work my passport is there and he put it in the table. Thank you so much for keeping it safe. I really appreciate it. You all went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for throughout my time with you(i still have one more week to go 😊) Thank you, and keep up the good work!
