I booked at Hilton Garden in - Manama – Bahrain between 15-17/4/2022. As the hotel location and the car parking is away, so every time we as guests, we have to park away and then been transport via golf car. But sometimes this should be avoided, for example if I’ll drop some staff to my room and go out again which mean for a few minutes not passing ten minutes especially when the hotel is not busy such these days in Ramadan. This is my complaint about an issue today happening, as early morning I went out so the driver (Mr. Efridi as he said) of golf car (I don’t know why insisting) asking me about my car key and my room key twice???! Again, when he dropped us, he left from the parking spot and came back walking to see us! I felt insecure and stalked by him Also, I went out and came back to drop some staff to my room to leave again so I ask to park my car by myself in front of the lobby as others done yesterday night, especially today there’s no crowd or car movement there, which at weekends or seasons can’t be controlled But he again the same driver came and refuse, and informed him that I’ll go within ten minutes even the hotel knowing my room details but refuse it totally If the hotel spot and locations and facility not been providing such a thing and hotel staff not understanding guests needs which affect guests comfortability and hospitality. Also, while the issue is very simple and no need to all of that (although the reception been informed about it and their attitude was negative- instead of being helpful). Also, at time of my staying, I request to see two bedroom. But receptionist Mr. Karim informed us that is not allowed and each room been sanitized with strap on the doors to indicate that (we respond that since we reach even it was evening, our room wasn’t been signalled “sanitized” then he responds that because we reach late!!!!! As we know, in Kingdom of Bahrain all precautions of COVID-19 and restrictions been eased by the government and we didn’t saw a single room with sanitizing badge. In addition, the golf car wasn’t clean at time of check out and when we ask for cleaning, same driver became sarcastic about our request. In a hotel such as Hilton that we used to feel as our home and with such hospitality we used to and founded with most of staff their, I’m escalating this complaint to look out and spot the issues that affecting the whole happy experience that was expected for such new “exciting” experiment and avoid it in future
