Would not recommend, parking lot not plowed for days. Faucet in room not working. Threadbare carpet. Very poorly maintained.

Not kept up on room maintenance, missing door trim, hallways had parts in corners. Rooms were reasonably clean

Hotel wasn’t in best condition, tiles missing in pool and hot tub, holes in wall, bed was mattress on futon frame not that comfortable made springing noises every time I moved, asked for late check out when I made reservation got email confirming a noon check out was told at 11 there is no late check out and I had to go. No signage at entrance where gps brings u in, parking lot had a foot of snow and not plowed till next day

On the listing there was no mention of a minimum age requirement… they require a person over 21 to check in. They made an exception because of the misunderstanding but that would’ve been bad if we drove all this way and were turned away from the room we’d booked.

Our stay was good, but what really made it great was Indu she was at the front desk when we arrived. Very kind and helpful, always checking and making sure everything was good. She gave us a room, that was recently renovated, but it had an issue with the hot water, she offered to swap it the same night, but we preferred the next morning because we were tired.
Our trip was during the holidays, and we know that it is hard to be working during holidays, but she was very pleased to host us and provide excellent service during the whole stay. She always had a smile on her face. Thank you!

I stayed at this property for all Badger home games and each of my stays were great! By the end of my last stay, I literally feel like I made funs with all the staff there. Great place to stay and wonderful people running it!

We were given a room at the very end opposite of the main entry;lobby, there was a side entrance door that the whole time of our stay it slammed shut the whole fricken time, no stop!. All thru out the day, night, morning. I had called the front desk asking to see if something could be done cause it looked like it was the door for smokers to step outside and several non guests entering into the hotel. I was told pretty much yup it slams shut and is loud. I felt that something could of been done. Also there was a lot if glass in the grassy areas around the hotel. We have one more night here and already woke up to the slamming side entrance door starting a 2:30am. So I can't afford to give up my reservation. I really liked this place and too bad that these negative issues impacted my opinion on this hotel.

Definitely much better than what I was expecting for the price. Room was very clean and comfortable while service is very efficient. Definitely recommend if you want to spend night in Madison
