Thank you for the wonderful and friendly service. Although there is indeed a long wait for check in but it’s going to happen to all the popular hotel in Macau. Our kids enjoyed the facilities as usual !

Very pleased with our anniversary stay at the hotel. Had a wonderful view from our hotel room overlooking the Parisian. Hotel staff were friendly and would also like to give a special shout-out to the shuttle service offered to/fro the city/ferry terminal and the staff involved. Would probably missed our ferry back if not for them. Phew!

Good experience overall. The staff was great. However, the check in process was not up to standard. I arrived at 3pm. There was a very long line for check in. I was advised to return in an hour, which I did. At which point I was told that the room wasn’t ready and I should return at 5pm. I did not accept, of course, and they “found” a room. That is not a 5* service considering people come tired and/or have other plans. Perhaps the check-in system should be improved to be done quicker and cater to more customers at once.

This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view.
The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful.
The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose .
The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .

The bed was very comfortable and definitely worth it, especially for the great price. The mini bar was free, which was a nice touch. I stayed for 2 nights and noticed that the mini bar was only restocked to replace the items I had used. For example, after drinking 1 bottle of beer, I expected 2 more bottles to be added the next day, but they only replaced the one I drank. It was a little disappointing, but overall, the experience was very good. The staff provided excellent and helpful service throughout my stay.

I had hoped to try the 8-wheel experience, but unfortunately, it was unavailable during our check-in. While the check-in process took a little longer than expected, the staff made a real effort to accommodate my request for a higher room and informed me when it was ready. I was delighted with the celebrity room they assigned, which offered a fantastic view of the 8-wheel – truly awesome! The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
Travelling with a young child, I appreciated the thoughtful touch of the friendly room attendant, who sent over kids' amenities and a bathrobe. The room also provided complimentary items like drinks, cup noodles, and snacks from the mini bar, which added to the comfort of our stay.
Although our stay was just for one night, we truly enjoyed it and will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time. I’m especially looking forward to visiting the ****** on the ground floor, conveniently located right next to the lift lobby!
