It’s a bit outside of Lyon but with T1 it’s easy to get to the city center. 
Hotel is under construction at this moment but warned when check in. 
Nice Reception staff.

Point positif : chambre bien insonorisée

Points négatifs : chambre assez petite à la déco totalement dépassée et vue dans les vieux ibis, pas de restauration le soir le week-end, parking très cher et peu pratique, ascenseur extrêmement lent. Personnel peu agréable

Positive point: well soundproofed room

Negative points: rather small room with totally outdated decor and view of the old ibises, no evening catering on weekends, very expensive and impractical parking, extremely slow elevator. Unfriendly staff

The parking lot is inconvenient, and it costs 12 euros. The overall room is clean. The restrooms are the same as other European hotels. They are prone to leaks. Breakfast is acceptable and there are fewer choices.
