Fairly disappointed. Requested 2 wine glass & wine opener but never got. Felt like a big commercialized property

No Tooth brush or tooth paste. Great breakfast but the white American omelet lady was always in a bad mood.

I never review hotels but this one is awful.

Ctrip saw that this hotel had good reviews, so I switched to this hotel from the old city. The hotel is a brand chain, the location, scenery and design are very good. The room is quite large, clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. I chose the sea view room with both sunrise and sunset. It's beautiful. The swimming pool and gym are well designed. They are spacious and comfortable. The bar on the 40th floor has a great view. You can see the city of San Diego at a glance. The only thing is that the basin and bathtub drain covers in the room are old and cannot be closed, and there is a bit of smell. Bonus points are that the seagulls come back to the window and knock on the glass to ask for snacks. They are not afraid to beg for food gracefully and generously. It was a good experience and I will book this hotel again in the future.

Great location and views

The hotel's overall value for money is pretty good. The location is great. It's just a few steps away from Seaport Village and the USS Midway. The rooms are comfortable and the toiletries in the bathroom are all Balmain. However, the quality is obviously a little bit behind the Grand Hyatt brand. Especially the service is just average. Hyatt’s level still needs to be improved

There is only one mirror in the bathroom, and there is no full-length mirror. There is no paper or pen in the room, which is inconvenient to write or take notes. There is no brush for cleaning shoes and clothes, etc. This should be improved for a five-star hotel.

There are no toiletries. Generally, many hotels in the United States with environmental labels do not have toiletries. Please pay attention. The location of the hotel is very good and parking is convenient! There are several good points to go to the port. Hiking is ok.

The room is a bit old, but the location is quite good. There was an error when checking in with Ctrip, but it was handled smoothly.
