在網上訂了這家店的兩間茶藝房，後來店主打電話來説沒有同一類型的房，想我們改，電話溝通時還是很客氣的，我們便改了另一房型，但到店時給的兩房間卻不同層，要求同層的要另外加錢（説是升級了），跟攜程客服溝通後，攜程很負責任，雖然溝通不了但還是主動承擔了升級的費用，我們説明要不靠馬路的，但打開窗看到的是一個垃圾場，而且也離馬路很近，整晚都嘈雜聲不絕，這家店是我們十幾年出遊所遇到的差，沒有之一，是非常差，不推薦！（附圖）

酒店是剛裝修好的，環境、設施都很新，室內空間很大，沐浴、衞生間、日常洗漱都是獨立的，使用方便。工作人員熱情、細緻、周到，入住這裏感覺非常舒服。 酒店位置十分好

新開的酒店衞生挺不錯，沒有異味，可以免費停車，一百出頭的價格還有早餐，雖然品種不多，但吃得足夠飽了，廚房衞生也做得很好。不足之處：為啥沒有一次性拖鞋，我接受不了公共拖鞋，一次性拖鞋要另外叫，這個很貴嗎？還有一個我訂的房間靠馬路邊，一早就被車流聲吵醒了，睡得不好。

2023年新開的酒店，門口約有10多個停車位，酒店設施設備都很新，環境很明亮，房間清爽沒異味，前台小姐姐和老闆娘都很熱情友好，有問必答並且很有耐心，下次到羅定還訂這裏~🤩

一家很新的酒店，衞生設備都很好，唯一不滿意的是酒店在路邊，早上7點後就開始很吵。服務員也是態度很好的。
