客觀的講，這是我住過管理相對非常非常亂，且服務比較差差的酒店，建議可以請專業的人員，不要再用本地人。僅僅舉兩個例子：1.前一天攜程定的房間，第二天要去入住了，酒店打電話告訴我需要五一需要再+300，我説旺季房價漲價可以理解，但是明碼標價，不能預訂之後再漲價，我已經預訂成功了，為什麼還要再加錢，酒店説是他們還沒維護攜程的價格，我説沒維護價格跟我又沒關係，再説都已經發短訊顯示預訂成功了，酒店不管，必須加錢；2.酒店沒地方停車，讓我去自己找地方停車，我停了之後景區的人又讓我把車挪走，打電話給酒店，酒店又幫我找了個地方停車，説放這沒事，結果當天晚上十點多準備睡覺了，突然又有人打電話讓我去挪車，我再次打電話給酒店，酒店説幫我問問，過了一會沒回訊息，再給酒店打電話，酒店的電話顯示關機，之後再也打不通酒店電話，微信也不回，我徹底懵了，感覺這是跟客户故意拉仇恨的，第二天上午告訴我電話沒電了。整個過程，經常性的找不到酒店的人，感覺不是來度假的，是來找氣受的
