Great Hotel ! The king size bed room suit is beautiful supper clean and the bed itself is super duper comfy!
Only down fall is the parking ( they don’t have a self parking lot) unless you want to pay valet parking which is $40 each car not including tax each day you stay. 😩but other than that it’s nice. Would definitely return

Trains honked there horns every few hours all night right outside the window. It was crazy! There’s a reason they have free ear plugs in the room!

The hotel was filled with so many middle school students upon arrival. While they can’t help who stays in the hotel, they should be staffed properly. One person trying to check out a long line of kids purchasing little things from the store left me waiting for a very long time to check in.
Then they were running the hotel lobby, elevators, and hallways at all hours. Upon checking out the girl at the front desk was less than kind.
This hotel does charge $38 a day for parking which makes the lower rate less appealing. They will put a $500 hold on your card for incidentals and random amounts will also be pending on your card throughout your stay. They do not offer daily cleaning service to your room. Only every 3 days. The room has 3 towels. You need to ask for more, but good luck not having to wait a while they service the many children running around. Supervision or these young adults should have been required with the stay. The area doesn’t have a lot of food options close by. The train noise can be disturbing if you are not a heavy sleeper. Overall I would not recommend and won’t stay again.

The free breakfast is ok, it's an average motel breakfast.
There's a train track nearby. There's noise sometimes at night. It wasn't too bad but if you're sensitive, it can be a concern

I was told I would get free parking because my room was not ready on time but at checkout was charged for the parking. Everything else was perfect so i didnt mention it.

Overrated, we wouldn’t go back ever again!
1. Bad odor. We were on the second floor, and the corridors and room had a bad chemical odor.
2. Poor sound proofing. It’s located very close to the train tracks, and a passing train woke us up around 2-3am.
3. Poor service. We asked for blankets, and were told that they could not deliver them to the room, and that we should come pickup after 1 hour since they don’t have enough staff to go get them.
4. Parking fees of $38 is expensive. Street parking nearby is available for a fraction of the cost.

This property is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Looks brand new. The 1 bedroom with living area and kitchenette was nice, comfortable, and clean. We had an easy drive into the Rose Bowl without paying crazy prices closer to the parade and college football semi-finals. It felt very lit up and safe around the hotel and parking. The general wider area beyond a half mile is not somewhere to go and hang out. Not a good place for restaurants and definitely not a nice place to walk around. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was great and all the hotel employees are helpful and kind. We were very happy. Thank you!

The hotel was clean and big, the complimentary breakfast was great. Checking in - the person was not very friendly, seemed like he was over his job. Parking the charge around 30$ a day and they don’t bring you towels or clean the room unless you booked 3 days or longer. Also you have to get your towels from the front desk they won’t bring them to you.
