"Very close to the airport with a free shuttle service, and the driver helped with our luggage. The room facilities are a bit old, especially the bathtub in the bathroom, but the cleanliness was good. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so, but they did give us the quiet room we requested. We stayed one night after arriving late, making it convenient to pick up a rental car the next day. Overall, it's pretty good value for money. There were a lot of airline crew members staying there, which made it feel very safe."

"I would be happy to stay in this hotel again. The rooftop looks great and it has a swimming pool! Definitely to enjoy if I had more time to stay. It is walking distance to the Hall of Fame so it is practical for tourists. Around the hotel I didn't see plenty of food options. The room is great, cozy. At night there was some party (I think there is some club next door and it was Friday) so at times the sound was very vivid; it didn't stop me to sleep though. It has a small gym but looks better than many other hotels I have been. I received an email before the check-in to do a pre-checkin and I was asked to input my card details. I am not sure why if when you arrive to the hotel they ask for your card again."

"Our family of four recently spent a night at the DoubleTree by Hilton near Little Tokyo, and our experience was, on the whole, satisfactory. The hotel certainly met our basic needs, though it didn't leave a particularly strong impression one way or the other. The highlight for many, I'm sure, is the location. Being within easy reach of Little Tokyo was a definite advantage, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local culture and cuisine without much hassle. The room we had accommodated our family adequately, it felt a little tight on space for 4 people as we had 2 people on each of the queen beds. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, but the overall aesthetic and furnishings felt somewhat dated. An example are the TVs - they aren't smart TVs but have Direct TV so it felt very 1990s. Most hotels now you can scan your YouTube account or log in with Netflix. Service throughout the hotel was generally efficient and courteous. Staff members were helpful when approached, though interactions were more functional than particularly warm or engaging. Check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and quick. We opted to explore the diverse dining options in Little Tokyo rather than eat at the hotel restaurant. In conclusion, the DoubleTree by Hilton near Little Tokyo offers a dependable option for families seeking a conveniently located hotel. It provides the standard amenities and service one expects from the Hilton brand, but it lacks a certain spark or modern touch that would elevate it beyond simply ”average.” If location is your primary concern and you're looking for a solid, no-frills stay, this hotel is worth considering."

"The Hotel is near the Grand Central Market and two metro stations like Pershing Square. The Staff were very friendly and helpful with check-in and with other questions. The Hotel itself has a very unique and modern touch to it. Our room was very comfortable and it was cleaned every day."

"There was no early check-in and we only managed to check-in at 3pm though we came 2hrs earlier due to our flight. Hotel rooms and toilet was very clean and spacious. There was an issue with our shower but room service took 20mins to come so that caused a little inconvenience on us. The hotel is in downtown LA too and it’s a walking distance to the Metro and the Grand Central Market but it can get pretty unsafe in the night as there are a lot of homeless people and weird/crazy people on the streets and near the metro."

"Everything else was good, except that I didn't go to the breakfast, he charged me $44.9for the breakfast, I didn't even know where the breakfast was, why did he charge me, and I reminded him that I didn't go to the breakfast, and then he didn't give me a bad review."

"I have stayed here for many years and always had an exceptional experience from Lynda at the front desk to Clay, the GM, Courtney, the Room Director and the entire Team. Clearly a well trained group! Great location, several restaurants within a block. Wonderful lobby, conductive to working. My only complaint is the Resort Fee which is unwarranted given it’s a business hotel and it is not necessary- just another fee that so many hotels are unfairly charging. Hopefully it will stop soon as an unneeded additional fee to the Customer."

"It was only a short stay for one day after my late night flight, and I left at around 6am for the further sightseeing. Location is great, not really far from the metro station (around 10mins walk) which is on the same line as Union Station. Not far from all the touristy spots (central library, walt disney music hall, central library, central market...etc) in downtown, all walking distance! It's located in a building with elevator, with a pool (unfortunately I didn't have chance to check it) and the staff is super helpful and friendly! Room is nice, not big very pretty functional, and there is a shared bathroom in the room. Overall this was a very great experience with the price! Highly recommended to those travellers with budgets."

"The flight was delayed and I checked in late, but they were very kind and the cleanliness of the room was very satisfactory as it was just opened. We are both very sensitive to cleanliness, but it was so good during our stay :) If you hang your ticket, you will clean your room every day, there are many Korean restaurants around, and there is a H-Mart nearby, so it was convenient! During my stay, I met a staff member at the front desk for about 4 minutes, but they were all friendly and I think they will remain a pleasant memory!! Late at night, the surroundings are quiet, so it can be a little dangerous, but it's a great location if you're not completely late! Highly recommended !!! 👏👍"
