This resort staff and service made it to my absolute top one. Very friendly, helpful and supportive personnel combined with good service. Can only recommend it to anyone looking for great and friendly stay. This resort over the top deserve a Five star recommendation.

After choosing a few hotels online, I chose Obi, which did not disappoint us. The villa is very luxuriously decorated and the environment is good. Nothing to say. The housekeeper is online 24 hours a day, and will answer patiently if there is anything delicious and fun around, it is worth coming again!

整體來説非常滿意的一次體驗，地方和圖片一致。
設施：配套齊全，房間設施很完善，每個房間都有獨立衞浴很加分。聽管家説遊樂場和舞台馬上就開放了，期待下一次帶孩子過來。
衞生：泳池温泉一客一換，比較放心。房間乾淨整潔，床品清爽舒服。
環境：傢俱相當有質感，種了很多花草。
服務：周到，管家團隊有求必應。半夜需要撲克牌也有專人送來，這是很多酒店很難做到的，表揚👍

別墅很新，很多都用大理石有，非常高端豪華，管家也服務很不錯，可以泡温泉游泳唱K燒烤配套都很齊全，周邊叫外賣也方便，感覺客服小姐姐幫忙代購周邊的遊玩門票，好評

到了年底，難得幾家朋友都比較有空，就約在一起過來泡温泉，總的來説，這套別墅裝修比較豪華新穎，管家也是隨叫隨到，每個房間都是套房，温泉也是真温泉，還推薦了一家農莊吃飯，性價比不錯，最好吃的莫過於農莊的魚乾，值得推薦！

剛好遇到降温，温泉必須走起，度假區空氣非常好，怪不得大家都説南崑山是天然氧吧，温泉應該也是真温柔，泡完皮膚滑溜溜的，別墅可以燒烤，做飯，麻將，KTV，各玩各的，互不影響，家裡人都玩得很開心😃
