Chegamos no hotel às 8 da manhã, pedimos para adiantar a entrada e nos cobraram uma diária cheia. Ao sair, fiquei uma noite mais, minha amiga (uma senhora de 72 anos) foi impedida de subir até meu quarto!! Queriam que ela pagasse para ficar 2 horas no meu quarto, pois sua viagem seria em breve!! *************!! Café da manhã fraquinho, atendimento horrível, barulhento (ao lado de uma avenida barulhenta, longe de tudo!! Não fique no London!! Ficamos em muitas pessoas, que estavam no mesmo evento, não tiveram nenhuma consideração!! Não fique, a vizinhança também é ruim!!

Adoramos o Hotel Londres, foi bem fácil o acesso, estacionamento garantido, atendimento impecável. Cuidado nos mínimos detalhes. O quarto era ótimo (2 cômodos), acomodou com conforto e privacidade nossa família de 4 pessoas. O black out perfeito, nos garantiu um sono ótimo. O café da manhã muito bom, também. Voltaremos!

Escolhi o hotel (com bastante antecedência) pelas fotos disponíveis nos sites de reserva e me dei mal. Chegando ao local já tarde da noite, nos deparamos (eu, minha esposa e minha filha) com um quarto diferente: com a janela para um corredor de frente a outras janelas e grudado ao restaurante, minúsculo, fedendo a cloro, com paredes sujas, travesseiros péssimos e camas ruins. Não havia nem possibilidade de trocarmos, pois já fomos avisados na recepção pelo atendentes pouco amistosos que não havia mais quartos disponíveis. O café da manhã no dia seguinte também foi bem simples. Cancelei a reserva que eu tinha no mesmo local na semana seguinte e com certeza não retornarei ao local!

Péssimo! Quartos cheiram a cloro.. insuportável.. roupa de cama impregnada por cloro.. até nossos pinamos ficaram com cheiro. Acústica horrível e conforto zero! Procure por outro hotel com preços semelhantes que certamente será melhor que esse! Ah! Sobre os caldos “cortesia” nem se empolgue.. só tem de feijão e HORRÍVEL!
