Very good. The experience of staying here is very good in every aspect. I am very satisfied. I like it very much.

Very nice hotel attached to the Royal National Hotel with a great location. Rooms were a good size with decent storage. Beds were super comfy and they included a fan in the room in case it was too warm. The hand soap, shower gel and shampoo smelt amazing!!!!! Breakfast is in a different area to the main hotel and is very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Very good, it is a first-class hotel from a global perspective. The overall experience is not in the category of luxury resort, but more like a top business hotel. Adhere to the traditional peninsula layout, which comes from the business travel style of the golden age of 80/90s. Those who like it will like it very much.

So happy when we arrived. Everywhere was clean and quiet. The staff are lovely and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. The spa facilities are great. You can use the steam room, sauna, pool and the jacuzzi which I loved so much, also use rhe gym and pay for spa treatments which is reasonable priced. The shower in the room wow was lovely and hot wnd powerful. I spent so long in there i didnt wanna get out lol. This was a well deserved time for us both. We will defo be coming back in the future. Easy to find as well. There is also a parking g place round the corner which was not far at all a 1 min walk back to the hotel. Weatherspoons was next door also. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. The booking and check-in was very smooth. The lobby is impressive with a 24-hour front desk service. We checked in late in the night and were very impressed with the generously size 3 bedroom apartment with four full bathrooms. Our family of four became six after two nights and five for the next few days. In the last four days we were only four people in this huge apartment. All was going well until the day… Our grandson came back from London Zoo with face paint which we later decided to remove before he went to bed. We used one of the towels (wetting it) and got the paint out. Agreed that 1/20th of the towel was stained which is typical but having done that several times back home, we knew it needed just one wash for the colour to get off the towels. My husband got a call a few hours later on the apartment phone, from one of the reception staff by the name of Mr. Krzysztof, telling him that there was blood on the towel and it was ruined. Several points to make here- when you assume something or go on heresay you always give the other accused party a chance to respond. My husband told him it was face paint but Mr. Krzysztof stood his ground also ignoring the black paint that was with the red paint (spider man theme ). Secondly, he did not ask how the guest was if he had seen “so much blood”. He could not be bothered and said we had to compensate for the towel! I went downstairs a little while later and had a conversation with him in a stern tone but never raising my voice. He refused to believe me so I asked to speak with the manager. He called the manager and told him that I was screaming in the lobby. The second staff at the front desk is proof to the fact that I did not raise my voice. Viola! The manager voiced the same words as Mr. Krzysztof and said it was blood! All based on what was told to them by housekeeping who did not speak a word of English. I told him that this was a insignificant cost to the company if at all the towel was ruined and he said it was not as they were “a small company” and could not absorb the cost. I didn’t know that there were many meanings to the term “small company”. It also meant that you had to go to front desk to get extra sheets, you are given only seven towels as that is the number of maximum guests allowed in the apartment of that size and no more (they actually made me go and check how many towels and hand towels I had and report back to them so they could decide if I could have more) and also, all the toiletries are just a starter kit as per the manager. You have to then use your own and nothing is replenished. There was one day that two towels were not replaced in one of the bathrooms and they refused to believe me that the towels were not replaced. What is it with these towels! The conversation ended with me asking them to wash the towel and see the outcome. A wet towel came back to me a little while later, with tiny smears of red still on them. I washed it in the apartment , completely back to its sh

Sanctum Maida Vale is a limited service apartment hotel in Kilburn Park. It doesn't have restaurant, yet there are over a dozen within 2-3 blocks. Many are excellent, and many deliver. They don't put a mint on your pillow at night , yet there are many fluffy pillows and extra towels. Way more than my wife knew what to do with. There are many mass transit options within 3 blocks. (Underground, Overground and Busses) Access to most of London is quick and easy. You have a Starbucks, Tesco (Small Grocery/open late), Library within 1/2 a block. You have M&S Food, Boots/Pharmacy within about 2 blocks. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean in an excellent neighborhood. I have stayed here multiple times and my family always looks forward to returning here.

Incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. Staff were top notch, really helpful and kind. Was perfect for our stay! Highly recommended if you are looking for easy access to central areas, and a comfortable stay in a homely space. Will certainly be back on our next city break. Thanks Sanctum!

Wonderful hotel with excellent location. The room was clean, very comfortable and had great view of the London Stadium. The location was amazing, next to a huge Stratford Shopping Centre and to the subway station with many subway lines. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. KUDO to the Concierge Staff, especially NALEEF, DANIEL, AND ONE OTHER GENTLEMAN (sorry! i forgot his name). My wife got pickpocketed in London. The Concierge staff, especially Naleef, went above and beyond their duty to help us to deal with our distress moments. He advised us to report the theft to the London Police, and also the Concierge staff helped us tremendously to deal with our stolen credit cards. We really appreciated what these amazing staff did for us. Thanks so much to Naleef, Daniel and to all the Concierge staff for making us feel so welcome and for all your unforgettable help during our stay. The world needs more of these people like your Concierge staff. Hyatt should be very proud to have these amazing Concierge staff. We certainly will return to this Hyatt hotel in the future and would highly recommend this Hyatt hotel to anyone!

We booked a deluxe room but we're assigned a room with weird layout, there's a wall in between the bed and sofa which made the sitting and sleeping area become very cramped. We did managed to change to another room, but I'd make this known so other guests would be aware. The breakfast buffet was very good, especially the egg counter. We had breakfast for over a week there and enjoyed it everyday. The hotel is adjacent to the entrance of London Olympic Park which is a bonus for tourist to explore and discover. You can see the residences for the athletes which become condos and the Olympic stadium is now home stadium of West Ham Football Club.
