A lovely boutique hotel within seconds from the tube. Location wise is perfect for us since we wanted some quaint Notting hill stores and portobello markets walks. Many cafes restaurants and pubs around. Staff was super friendly and the rooms are perfectly sized for London… not too small. Would come back again.

Notting Hill
I was upgraded to a room that had a view as the one I was given originally faced a brick wall and with the new room was not disappointed. The room is well appointed but the reason I don't give it the highest marks for a 4star hotel is because if you want to make yourself a hot drink you have to get dressed and go down the corridor because they have decided to take away ammenities like personal kettles. I get they have replaced these things with 2 amps that you can plug a guitar into but there were no instructions when I tried to look it up (and I play guitar). It would be better served with a DAB radio and a kettle or some other sort of modern way to get hot water. Other than that, loved the products and the staff were really lovely and funny! Thank you Team Ruby!

Do not stay at this hotel it's disgusting, dirty and the staff are damm right rude and disrespectful. Room was a dump very dirty and to crappy single beds shoved together with no room to even move around. All the staff are so rude and 1 staff in particular kept trying to hassle my 1 year old daughter trying to give her cuddles and kissing her hand it's absolutely disgusting. Very expensive for the dump you get only good thing is the location but I would never come here again and would advise others to avoid at all costs. Both nights had the people in the room above banging all night till late in the morning and the staff done absolutely nothing because they don't care. Also walked into the reception to a foul smell of rotten chicken that was just on the front desk. I wish I payed the extra money to stay at a better hotel but you live and learn but would not want others to be treated the way me and my family have during my stay it was just outright disrespectful. Luckily you have to rate it a 1 but that's because you can't put it as a 0 which is what it deserves. I don't normally wrote bad reviews but my time in London has been ruined due to a massively poor hotel and even worse staff so please take into consideration before booking this hotel it is not worth the money you will be paying and the don't deserve to get the money you work so hard to get. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Our room is on ground floor, is noisy esp when we turn on the shower tap. It always stress us when bathing, it will start vibrating creating very loud sound. The temperature is so hard to adjust. Room is pathetic small with no space to open the luggage. When checking out the staff actually told us we have an outstanding of $350 which we have already fully paid through Trip.com. Ridiculous hotel, will not stay again.

In location it seems to be great, when I arrived I did not identify it, then when checking in the person tells me what bed and room it would be and tells me that there is no kitchen, it would have been ideal that they would have at least 2 microwaves

Although the hotel gave a small room, about 10 square meters, I turned around and bumped into the furniture, but the sparrow was small and well-equipped, but at the same time it was clean. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We asked them to borrow if the charger was not very good. It is also enthusiastic and satisfying. Of course, the price/performance ratio is not comparable to that in China. This is London
