Room is so so. The check in policy said check in at 2pm and I arrived at 2pm, but front desk lady said check in time is 4pm at the beginning, then she said 3pm, so I have to wait at lobby. But I saw someone after me checked in successfully. I don’t know why I have to wait so long.

Location can be quite a distance away from the waterloo station, it’s an approximate 8mins walk. However, service and cleanliness is top notch!

Hotel needs some renewal but it also needs some extra clean. Our room has a bad smell with some fungus. Good breakfast and good location.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
We had a reservation for Chris**as, but we couldn't get to the hotel because the French government BANNED all trips to the UK (because of COVID-19). Not only did they not have any accessible contact information for us to request a refund, but also did they OUTRIGHT deny the cancellation (even if we had a LEGAL RIGHT to cancel!!!). Be VERY CAREFUL when reserving with these people!! Will never choose any Travelodge hotels again. These people are just SCAMMERS!!!

There is no hairdryer, you can borrow it from the front desk. Every time you take a shower, water splashes everywhere and wets the shower room. The water pressure of the shower head is very low. Good breakfast
