The hotel was okay but the location was really bad. No public transport so if you’re going to the centre every tome you have to pay for it and ask for it to book a shuttle. Otherwise the cleanliness and the aminities everything was perfect

Good reception service. No heating, air conditioning just at maximum 24 degrees Celsius. Shuttle from Malpensa airport but had to wait and call more times. A lot of tv channels including Sky channels. Two pillows, elecric kettle machine to do hot water for tea or coffee.
The gym is quite good and there is a seasonal pool.

I could never make it to the hotel because of the taxi drivers's strike running in the Milan area for three days. The hotel was well aware of the industrial action but failed to provide airport shuttle connection for late arrivals. The only way to get the hotel is by car/taxi. Unwillingness on behalf of the hotel to assist guests stuck at malpenza airport is unacceptable given the circumstances. It amounts to bad service and guests who paid premium fees but never arrived at the hotel should be issued with refund.

It is a transitional hotel near the airport. The front desk is very good. I am very patient when meeting international friends who do not speak English well. The most important thing is that the hotel has its own shuttle bus, which is very considerate.
