説下真實體驗 下次如果來天目湖不會再選擇這家 理由是什麼?如實説下優缺點
優點:1 價格 在國慶期間橫向比較而言，300多的價格不算貴。但其實也較平時價溢價一倍
2 位置 自駕遊的話離開天目湖迎賓大道開車數分鐘 但步行到湖邊和中心有吃飯的地方還是遠的
缺點 1.地方偏難找 根據導航是找不到這個地方的 因為沒有什麼假日公寓 當初被香樟茗岸的小區名吸引 因為地圖上這個小區屬於新樓盤 結果公寓根本不是小區 在小區外是原來倒閉的香樟茗岸大酒店的房子 樓下一樓更像是爛尾樓如圖 打了好幾個電話才找到.
2. 環境亂差 老公説這裡外面進來就像民工宿舍 比如樓道里掛衣服 一進四樓一股捂了衣服的汗臭味 樓下一樓更像爛尾樓 空曠無比還沒有路燈 晚上回來着實嚇人
3 電梯*** 這樓的電梯每次停下都要咯噔一下 特別嚇人 除了搬行李 入住時上下樓我們都選擇走樓梯不敢坐電梯 怕它咯噔一下就壞了
4 房間床頭有味道 新裝修不假 沙發和桌椅像是哪個辦公室不要湊過來的 這無傷大雅 關鍵是躺下就聞到床頭的木板味 怕有甲醛我衹能把枕頭放到另外一邊睡了兩天.
5 衞生打掃我衹能呵呵 第一天入住因為泡温泉沒有回來洗澡 第二天一早發現浴室下水道很多頭髮給我噁心壞了 之前還特別關照説自己愛乾淨需要給好好打掃一下 房東説我不説也會做好的.結果頭髮沒清理 房東説這是犯了最低級錯誤是阿姨疏忽了,這是怎麼疏忽的連浴室也不清理 我請他再來清理 房東説我不講她也會讓阿姨來清理的 那麼是我多嘴了？
6 服務感略差 房東沒啥專業的服務理念 入住前也不發地址不發地圖 特別被動 等到入住當天12點 也沒提前把密碼發給我 直到打電話給她才告訴我,打掃沒打掃好也沒有抱歉 重新打掃完之後也沒有告訴我已經打掃好了 不主動聯繫 在我反饋問題後衹説這裏價格便宜。如果事先我看到周圍的環境 以及清晰的地址 我還選擇這裡是我的問題 但圖片呈現的衹是室內的環境 室內環境還可以
