酒店離公交車站五分鐘路程，方便了非自駕的遊客。酒店離景區兩分鐘路程，想溜一圈分分秒秒的事。老闆熱情，騎着小電驢分兩次把我們接回民宿。民宿的早飯也很好吃，有喜愛的油條和小菜，油燜筍好吃極了，每次都要加。

房間是19年裝修完的，屬於比較新的，感覺還是不錯的，飯菜也比較合口。老闆主動幫着提行李，而且把我們帶到景區介紹相關情況，還幫助我們規劃以後的旅行路線。應該好評！

山腳下的民宿，當地人自己房子改造的，老闆很熱情，早餐非常豐盛。就是冬天太冷了，我們定的房間比較大，空調吹了一晚上都沒有怎麼暖和，全靠暖寶寶續命😂環境沒得説，乾淨整潔，設備齊全

民宿離畫鄉景區的入口區約300多米，處於麗水高鐵站到景區公交站Y210和K203路終點站和景區入口的中間位置。民宿裝修很好，老闆服務很好，除幫忙上下樓提行李外，還告知遊玩線路。民宿還提供簡單但美味的早餐。總之，是一家性價比不錯的民宿。

距離景區特別近，走路用不上5分鐘，老闆熱情周到，帶了一套衣服壓的皺皺巴巴，原本是打算借用一下熨燙工具，沒想到老闆家人直接幫我熨燙好送到我房間了，民宿能提供這種服務挺佩服，浙江人會做生意也體現於此處吧，重點來了～房間定價也是良心價！

民宿位置非常好，就在景區門口，走幾步就到了。更加驚喜的是非常整潔，雖不像網紅民宿裝修豪華，很多出片的地方，但貴在非常乾淨，連衞生間打掃得也很清爽，而且老闆人隨和，樸實。入住體驗感非常棒！

性價比較高，房間乾淨整潔，簡約大氣，老闆熱情好客，問了下哪裡有飯店吃晚飯，專門載我去的，次日早餐燒的麪條很好吃。景區8-17點需要檢票，其他時間可以直接進入，風景好，酒店步行幾分鐘就到了，很方便。高鐵站203路直達。

去過很多地方，第一次入住民宿，麗水民宿很多，這家民宿跟新，這是我旅遊以來住的最乾淨的地方，沒有之一，老闆也很熱情，幫拿旅行箱，還介紹怎麼遊玩畫鄉，臨走的時候還幫我把行李運到汽車站，很貼心的服務，推薦來麗水的朋友們入住！！！
