VIP Executive Arts Hotel
4.7/566 Reviews
After reading the negative reviews, I decided it was worth reporting on our stay here. We were attending Web Summit at the Altice Arena and chose the VIP Executive Art's (sic) because it was a short walk from one end of the venue. Our room faced the street and was pretty spacious and comfortable, with no noise issues whatsoever; our only complaint was that the mini-fridge didn't work. We enjoyed the breakfast included with our rate, which was quite tasty and offered dozens of items, including interesting ones such as coconut brioche. The staff and elevators were fine, and we ate at two restaurants in the next block and enjoyed them both. And getting back to the airport by walking to Oriente station was very easy. Side note: I'm a comics fan and was startled and pleased that our room had a view of the giant superhero mural outside the hotel. If you're visiting Lisbon as a tourist, you'd do better to stay in a quainter and more atmospheric part of town. But for our needs, we were pleased with the experience we got at this hotel.
Oriente Marina Housing by Apt Iin

I visited Lisbon again in August and this time I preferred to stay out side of downtown as i have a huge van and in down town it is difficult to find a parking spot. The apartment has a great location and view and it has a parking area but you need to pay 10€ per day. The apartment was very clean and it has all the appliances you might need ( washing machine, dishwasher etc but tv was very small though) it has two bedroom one full size bed and two single beds. The single beds were not that comfy. The apartment has ac system in all the rooms as well. The building has elevator from garage to the apartments and very convenient especially if you have many luggages. I handled the check in online so did not spend time when i arrive.

The hotel is located near the Parc des Nations in the New District of Lisbon. It is very new and clean. The rooms are large and suitable for family travel. It is a five-star serviced apartment. The interior decoration materials are top-notch and the service is very good. It is the best hotel in this European trip. apartment!

Very polite staff. The room was very nice and clean. The only problem was about the window. The glass was not clean (from outside) and it was not possible to take obvious pictures from the outside view. If I come to Portugal another time, I will choose this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel and this was not my plan A. I had an Airbnb booked but turned out it was cancelled for different reasons. My hosts booked me to this hotel as i needed to be walking distance from the Altice Arena and from my kids. I loved this hotel. All of it. Super confortable beds. Pillows, linen. Loved our view. I had 2 rooms because i have 4 kids :) Great service. Great breakfast AMAZING location. Pool: too cold!!!!! not usable. Nothing negative about this hotel.
Ikonik Lisboa

We needed a last-minute hotel because of a long flight delay and lost luggage. We opted for something close to the airport and our car rental office, and Ikonik in the Parque das Naçoes area fit the bill. The breakfast was very good at a reasonable price (€10). The room was clean and comfortable, if a bit spartan, overlooking the railway yard. We did not care about that but loved the comfort and great location in the Parque das Naçoes area, 2 blocks from the water and Oceanario. Check-in and out were a breeze, and we had a great night's sleep.
