a simply horrible experience. Arriving with our little daughter around 9 p.m., we called to notify us of our arrival. We are simply told that we will have to wait 1 hour before giving us the keys. They advised us to go have a drink while waiting... nice. Finally 2 young girls arrived and opened the apar**ent doors for us. So, as soon as an unbearable smell of sewage came in, I wanted to look around the apar**ent and they rushed to give me the keys which I did not accept until I had looked around. The rooms had no windows, the walls were scratched and dirty, the hall floor full of stains. Finally the shower room.... horrible. I opened the shower cubicle, the joints and shower surrounds were full of mold, the smell of the sewers was really unpleasant and surprise a cockroach was on the floor of the shower room, I asked the girls if they themselves would shower in a shower like this, they told me that they could have the cleaning lady come the next day. Either... I refused the keys and I wanted to leave this apar**ent with its unacceptable smell and cleanliness. If you want to have a beautiful souvenir of Lisbon, avoid this apar**ent, it's a real scam. The photos do not correspond to reality at all.
