Very central and clean hotel. I was a solo traveller and had a teeny tiny room which was just enough. The rate was reasonable and befitting the venue. It’s not luxe but does well In its bracket. Breakfast was ok I checked in early and they kept my bags until my room was ready and gave me space to change. Overall, good value for money. 4 out of 5 The only reason for a deduction is the power cut we had which was not the hotels fault. BUT. They could have put notes under the door explaining what was happening and how the get downstairs. It is a small hotel so this is perfectly achievable

Great place, small hotel. Great location. Good beds. Clean and fresh room. The breakfast was ok with some choices. Very nice man in the restaurant who gave good information and service. You can walk to all parts of the city, close to rail and underground. There are plenty of of restaurants around.

Stayed here for a few nights in October with my daughter. Good location as basis for Lisbon exploration. Clean and comfortable room. Staff inexperienced but friendly and helpful. Breakfast somewhat limited. Hotel has some minor design flaws, but in general good quality and comfortable.

Worst customer service in Lisbon. Tonight I arrived to the Lisbon Golden Hotel restaurant with my little daughter who was exhausted after walking for several miles and asked for a table. Person in charge looked at us and just said kitchen was closed. I asked if we can stay and take some drinks and he said we need to abandon the place. I really do not understand reason behind discriminatory treatment of this person, but something I know is that will never return nor recommend this place.

I stayed four nights in this design hotel: starting from the very central location, everything was promising. The hall was beautiful, the staff was friendly. The room was large, but shabby: very stained carpet, sink that didn't drain well, bed barely made (they only pulled up the sheets), no protective layer between the mattress and the thin sheet, dirty windows. Breakfast was good, but for a 4-star hotel I expected more. I had dinner two nights at the restaurant: the first night was good, Christmas Eve a disaster, terrible dishes. The only positive note: the location and the size of the room. Lorraine and the guys at the reception were very kind

Hotel bellissimo, moderno, camere silenziose nonostante la posizione centrale. Le camere ben rifinite e pulite (ho alloggiato nella suite), abbiamo trovato una piacevole sorpresa al nostro arrivo. In pieno centro vicino a tutto, colazione abbondante e varia, di qualità. lo consiglio vivamente se dovessi tornare a Lisbona alloggerei ancora qui.

Cuando ya te hartas de buscar un Restaurante que se coma bien y no enfocado al turismo de masas y abarrotado,siempre hay la opción de un Hotel que ofrezca un menú de calidad y ajustado al precio. Pues aquí comimos un Menú Ejecutivo por 14,50 euros con postre y café incluido. Pues la experiencia fue muy buena. Comedor del hotel amplio y limpio.Servicio rápido y atento. Buena elaboración de la comida. Volvería a ir.....
