Spacious, very clean, and excellent service.

I thought it would be troublesome, but it was actually quite convenient. The only problem is that the check-in time will not be notified until after 3pm. However, the location is OK. It is close to the road, but it is acceptable. I will choose this hotel again next time!

The lack of a front desk is a major drawback! It's incredibly inconvenient at night; you can only see them during the day, and if anything happens at night, they completely ignore you when you call. The fire alarm went off for almost an hour, and the front desk didn't answer at all; it took a long time for someone to come. So, if you're traveling alone, I wouldn't recommend staying here because you'll be completely helpless in case of danger or emergencies. The room password system also doesn't feel very secure; my phone died and I forgot the password, so I had to search all over town for a charging station before I could get in. The hotel rooms themselves, however, were quite nice.

The location is excellent, on Avenida da Liberdade near the Marquis de Pombal Square. It's a two-block walk to Avenida da Liberdade and is surrounded by many delicious eateries, allowing you to experience Lisbon's cityscape firsthand. The team is excellent, and the room is very clean. The apartment is in keeping with the local style; it's not small, but very refined. As a serviced apartment, the front desk staff is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but all equipment can be controlled directly or remotely, which is very convenient. I think it's suitable for those who are staying longer and have good English communication skills.

The hotel was nice; it had a living room and a kitchen, and the bed in the room was very comfortable.
