I made a booking at this hotel and I paid the total amount by bank transfer in advance, as the hotel asked me total payment in order to confirm the room. Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking due to Covid-19, but I could get a refund, as they guaranteed on the confirmation letter. However , even though I have been trying to contact them for requesting my money back a lot of times, they did not refund me absolutely nothing ! Hotel owner made me promise a refund back but he didn't keep it. It is very sad to know that these prehistroc befaviors still exist.

However , after I asked them a refund a lot of times, I still not got there refund back for over a year and half now. Absolutely nothing ! Hotel made me promise a refund but they didn't keep it. It is sad to know that these kind of prehistoric behaviors still exist.

We stayed for 3 nights in this fantastic hotel, what can I say.. everything was perfect! Hospitality, kindness, courtesy and attention to the customer of a superior level. You really see the passion, dedication and love in the work. In detail, the hotel is practically in the center, but with the right distance from the chaos of the nightlife. Spacious and very clean rooms. Shuttle service from/to port. Agreements with various beaches and for excursions. Equipped with a swimming pool to relax with a drink. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in Lipari for a weekend for a wedding, since we also have a small child, we chose this structure given the proximity to the center and the presence of the swimming pool. The place has been recently renovated, the rooms equipped with every comfort, spotlessly clean and well furnished. We had a room with a fairly spacious patio overlooking the center of Lipari. Beautiful swimming pool, very attentive staff and extremely available for all requests. We will definitely be back.

The impression was excellent right from the welcome of the owner and family who with their team confirmed the overall opinion of the holiday which certainly deserved a few more days. The hotel is well-kept, clean and charming in a location 10 minutes from the center but outside the noisier area, the food was excellent as verified in the lunch on our arrival and in the superb breakfast with homemade desserts that fulfilled our every expectation also to toast, omelet, fruit. The kindness, the availability, the impetus of all the staff to meet every wish of the guests make this structure a precious place to refer to for Lipari as a starting point for all the Aeolian Islands. Location eccezionale per una vacanza straordinaria. Villa Cute e’ un gioiellino immerso nel verde di Lipari ma straordinariamente vicino al Centro e al Porto. Pulizia, professionalità, accoglienza e ospitalità sono le parole d’ordine. L’area piscina con il Pool bar e’ un’oasi di benessere al rientro dalle passeggiate o escursioni a Lipari e dintorni. Un bagno in piscina con panorama sul Castello di Lipari e’ super consigliato. E poi Francesco il proprietario e la sua famiglia. Gentilissimi è sempre pronti a dare consigli. Abbiamo Ricevuto preziosi consigli culinari per cui ogni sera e’ stata una scoperta di sapori siciliani diversa e indimenticabile. Posto non consigliato, di più! Maria
